Written on Oct 28, 2024 after therapy with Tara for 4 months on issues concerning relationship issues, grief, intimacy-related issues, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue

Ms. Tara has been so very helpful in giving me more insight into my issues. As a therapist in my own career it has been easy to dismiss my own problems and think “I already know what to do to fix this, I spent 6 years learning everything I will be told to do in these sessions”. I quickly found that I was wrong about my prior thoughts as I had sessions with Ms. Tara, I did in fact need her help because I had not been doing it well on my own.
Ms. Tara has made me realize that it is important to seek help for yourself, even if you think you have the knowledge to fix it yourself.
Ms. Tara has empowered me and help me strengthen my own personal skills in ways that I desperately needed help with. Ms. Tara is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, insightful, and shows no judgement. I am so thankful Better Help connected me with her.
