Tara meets me where I am. She listens and responds to my questions and offers advice. She is gentle with me when I am not gentle with myself. She helps me put things in perspective and when I am unsure about many things, she reminds me of the things I am doing well.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Written on Feb 20, 2024 after therapy with Tara for 1 month on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, grief, intimacy-related issues, parenting issues, self esteem, career difficulties, coping with life changes, coaching, and compassion fatigue

Tara's positive regard with blunt honesty in her responses and suggestions are just parts of what makes her such a great resource. I having been in therapy on and off for years with various different therapist, and Tara is great at being a huge supporter of my goals. If you want to make positive changes, I highly recommend putting in the work with Tara as guidence and support!

Tara is very good at “meeting me where I am” in any given session. She is an acute listener. During our first meeting, and at my request, Tara told me about her clinical background. I was impressed with the depth and variety of her professional experience. I recommend Tara as a therapist for these reasons, and because she has a profound respect for the patient’s evaluation of his or her life.
