I am licensed in Colorado with 13 years of professional work experience. I work with children (play therapy), preteens, teenagers, young adults and offer parent coaching. I have a keen ability to read human behavior and uncover the deeper meaning behind actions, inactions, and words. My goal is to bring underlying issues to the surface, allowing them to be addressed so individuals can move forward in life. By normalizing experiences and supporting emotional and behavioral shifts, I help people reconnect with their authentic selves, fostering empowerment and personal growth.
