Te’Ha is so down to Earth and respectful. She gives great advice and is a great listener. I love talking to her, she is the best therapist I have had in my experience of going to therapy.

Te'ha is great. As a man that tried this therapy route for the first time and as a last resort she makes the sessions comfortable and an easy transition. She works around my work schedule and is very grounded and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend her.

Te'Ha has really helped me put everything into perspective and stop blaming myself for every little thing that went wrong. Absolutely invaluable.

I’ve only had a couple of sessions with Te’Ha but I feel like they’ve been soooo effective. She helped me realize some things in 45 mins that I hadn’t figured out in 25 years!
