Dr. Rooney is a standout therapist for numerous reasons. His empathetic and attentive listening skills, coupled with a kind and caring demeanor, create a safe space for me to explore and address my emotions effectively. Dr. Rooney's direct yet gentle approach has been instrumental in helping me navigate complex feelings and thoughts with clarity.
One of Dr. Rooney's most commendable qualities is his unwavering responsiveness. Unlike my previous experiences with therapists who were often slow to reply or unresponsive to messages, Dr. Rooney consistently and promptly engages with my inquiries and concerns outside of our sessions. This level of availability and support has been invaluable in enhancing the therapeutic process and fostering a strong and trusting relationship.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rooney to anyone seeking a compassionate, attentive, and dedicated therapist. His genuine care for each individual he works with, combined with his exceptional listening skills and timely responses, make him a truly exceptional professional in the field of mental health! THANK YOU DR ROONEY!

Dr. Rooney is an exceptional therapist. As my first experience with therapy, he has created a safe and open space for me to share, explore, and contemplate my shadows, traumas, and limiting beliefs that hold me back. I can recommend Dr. Rooney to anyone interested in going deeper within and excavating their own shadows to unlock prosperity.

Terry is amazing to talk with and really listens. I can be on tangents and he really understands where I’m going and can summarize my feelings after I’ve talked for 20 minutes straight. Can’t recommend him enough.

I have been in and out of therapy since childhood. Dr. Rooney is definitely one of the good ones. He is a good listener and very insightful. I live a fairly non-traditional life and was very nervous about opening up to a therpist about my relationships because I knew there was potential for feeling judged. Dr. Rooney did not know much about my lifestyle (polyamory) starting out, but took the time to understand and ask questions. I felt empowered and supported talking openly about my relationships and mental health struggles with Dr. Rooney. It was an incredibly validating experience to have him as my therpist for multiple years. 10/10 would recommend.
