About me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania with 15 years of professional work experience. I approach therapy from a systemic perspective which simply means that I focus on understanding and addressing problems within the context of relationships and systems. I work with individuals who present with symptoms related to depression, anxiety, self-worth, life transitions, relationship dynamics, and self-harm. In addition, I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with addiction and recovery. I am also certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional and have experience working with clients presenting with trauma history and related symptoms. I believe that everyone deserves respect and the opportunity to be understood. I will work collaboratively with you to develop meaningful goals to personalize your therapeutic experience. Starting therapy takes courage, and I would be honored to have the opportunity to work with you.
