My first session with my therapist was eye opening, I realized I have some childhood trauma that I have carried around for far too long. And I am ready to work through it.

Dr. Lechnyr has been so helpful to me! She is a great listener, and I appreciate that she is clearly very knowledgeable in her field. She helps direct me toward tools and habits that will be helpful while giving me plenty of time to process my thoughts and feelings. It's the best therapy experience I've ever had!

Dr Lechnyr has been helping me through some really difficult stuff. I couldn’t have asked for a better match. She’s so easy to talk to and I feel heard. She is there for me as a sounding board as I prepare to come out to my ultra religious family as poly, and validates my feelings. I couldn’t recommend a therapist more highly than her. Poly folx are often judged by therapists and I’ve never felt even the slightest judgement from her. I’ve worked with a lot of therapists and she’s the best I’ve had!

So far, Dr. Lechnyr has been professional, helpful and given me tools I have not had in the past. She listens and challenges me to understand. Great therapist.
