About me

My approach to therapy is reflected by the quote “Many hands make light work”. This quote reminds us that the load we carry is lighter when shared, especially in an empathetic, supportive, and nurturing environment. I work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from adults aged 18 and older, across various demographics such as age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status. My role involves helping these individuals develop effective coping skills to manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other difficulties that arise throughout life. I focus on providing personalized support to address the unique struggles each client faces, assisting them in navigating the complexities of their emotional and social well-being.
Over the course of my career, I’ve observed that many clients lack the crucial support they need to achieve their goals. Often, these individuals have been unintentionally or intentionally hindered by those they trusted most. I’ve also worked with clients who are the strongest supporters of their family and friends but find themselves without the support they need when facing their own struggles. As a therapist, my goal is to provide unwavering encouragement and support to those who need it most, while equipping my clients with the tools and strategies to become the best versions of themselves.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
