About me
I am a Doctor of Behavioral Health (Integrated Behavioral Health Care Provider) and Psychotherapist. Clinical experience with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, attachment disorders, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and co-occurring medical/mental health issues, PTSD (domestic abuse, trauma, war related trauma).
My counseling style is interactive, searching for the cause of the problem, whether its a genetic disposition with anxiety/depression, nutrient deficiency, environmental condition or stressful situations of conflict that is affecting your behavior and keeps you from moving forward. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, reality therapy, attachment therapy, and the Bio-dyne model of psychotherapy/counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
