The methodologies I use in practice are fairly common throughout the therapeutic community. Perhaps my main focus is on DBT or dialectic behavioral therapy. I believe that DBT is extremely helpful in managing intense emotions, In navigating social relationships. DBT works with a variety of disorders to include anxiety, depression, depression common suicidal ideation. Because DVT includes CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy, it is also very impactful in assisting people who have been traumatized either through childhood or through recent events.
