Hi! I am Catherine Flores, a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Texas with over 17 years of professional experience. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2001, and over the years have worked with clients who struggle with medical issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, personality disorders and trauma. My counseling style is warm and empathic. I strive to offer my clients a non-judgmental, supportive space where they can gain insight and make changes. I have seen so many people struggle with problems and recover, even GROW from the adversity they have faced, and it is my privilege to be able to walk along side somebody in their life journey. I am trained and experienced in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy techniques. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, because after all we're just two humans trying to make it through this thing called life! I believe everyone is doing their best, and sometimes we just need a helping hand to get through tough times and to our next level. When I am not at work I am spending time with my twin 11 year old sons, my two Dachshund dogs, and my husband in the Houston area! So, if you are looking for a down-to-earth therapist who won't judge you and will help you achieve your own personal goals, you've found her! I look forward to working with you!

My name is Dr. Amy Cuellar, and I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas. I obtained my PhD in clinical psychology (adult track) from the University of Miami and afterwards completed a pre-doctoral internship (general track) at the James A. Haley VA Hospital and a post-doctoral fellowship at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in the Mental Illness Research, Education, and Clinical Center. My area of expertise lies in helping people to achieve their visions of recovery from depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, stress, paranoia, and other problems in living so that they lead lives of meaning. Much of my work has focused on helping people overcome barriers in setting, achieving, and sustaining goals in order to live the lives that they want. My theoretical orientations are rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution focused therapy. I am an advocate of using CBT in many cases because it has the strongest scientific evidence to support its efficacy in decreasing symptoms. When someone appears to be struggling with adjustment to a life transition, however, I tend to use solution focused therapy as my theoretical approach. Regardless of theoretical orientation, however, my style is always collaborative and based in my unwavering belief that everyone has the capacity to grow, change, and recover. I view myself as a partner on a team with my client, and that my clients’ knowledge about themselves as just as important as my knowledge of how to provide therapy. My goal for clients is for them to learn skills so that they can become their own therapists. I would be honored to be a partner on your recovery journey and look forward to meeting you soon. Hello! My name is Susan Hancock, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. I have a master’s degree in Counseling, I’m a certified Anger Management Specialist, and I have eight years of professional work experience. My treatment approach is pretty down to earth - I know all the “counseling world” language can be intimidating, especially if you’ve never been in therapy before. I focus on what your issues are and how we can work together to come up with a realistic and practical plan that is a good fit for you. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, anger management and self-esteem issues. I have done a lot of work with individuals going through a divorce, and with families going through the challenges of blending families. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and have an extensive knowledge regarding autism and autism caregivers, as I have two adult sons on the autism spectrum. I am very easy to talk to, and look forward to developing a safe, trusting environment with clients in which we can work together and move toward a happier, more fulfilled future.
