I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of AL since 2008. My educational background is in counseling and psychology. I have a graduate degree in counseling and a doctorate degree in psychology. I am a solution focused therapist and I am here to help you work through a plan to solve the issues that challenge you. I use an eclectic approach to therapy because I believe there is more than one way to get the help you need. I believe therapy works best when we both engage in conversations about what you want to accomplish. Together, we will explore your reason for pursuing counseling and identify your goal. You are the expert on your life and what you experience on from day to day. I am here to help you learn a different way of doing things and coping with your challenges. Please be patient if you are waiting for a response from me during the weekdays. I am helping other patients and may not be able to respond to you immediately. However, I will definitely respond to you within 24 hours or sooner. I am in the central time zone; please keep this in mind when scheduling appointments with me. My schedule is normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm CST. I am not available on weekends, Saturday and Sunday.
