Welcome to Better Help! Making the decision to explore your vulnerabilities with a mental health professional can be difficult. I applaud you for stepping out of your comfort zone and into change and rediscovery. My name is Autumn Jones and I believe that building trust by creating a clinical space free from judgment has allowed me to also create a professional connection and rapport. Some of my most important work has been helping people adjust to change while working through both physical and mental challenges resulting from depression, anxiety, trauma, poor self-image, adjusting to illness and stress. Although I am skilled at using various treatment modalities such as strengths-based therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness, I maintain flexibility depending on your needs and preferences. This approach enables me to follow your lead to help you meet your desired goals and expectations. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Michigan, California and Florida. I earned a dual degree in Psychology and Sociology and a master’s degree in Social Work. I have committed to a life of discovery and growth, which provided me with the opportunity to travel the world while meeting people with unique cultural differences and traditions. Over the past 13 years, much of what I have learned personally and professionally has been incorporated into my work. I look forward to working with you as you seek clarity and embrace growth. Please feel free to contact me anytime through Better Help. I usually check messages twice each day of the week. I offer messaging, live chat, phone and video sessions with availability during evenings and weekends.

Melissa Sonthonax
My name is Melissa Sonthonax and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I graduated with a Masters in Psychology in 2014 and began working with clients whom suffer from various mental health issues. I have six years of experience in the mental health field. I also have experience working with individuals who specifically struggle with general anxiety, social anxiety, depression, low self esteem, friendship issues, life transitions and other everyday issues. My approach towards therapy is to work with each individual to develop a sense of strength to work through their individual issues and see that they can develop a sense of happiness. I also work with individuals to create healthy goals in order to best help each person adapt to daily life. My passion is to help clients work on outer behaviors that help build confidence within themselves. I understand that each person has their own unique situations, therefore each person will be provided with individual plans of action to help you get back to the place that you desire to be. Each individual can expect to be provided with a comfortable environment where they can share their thoughts/views about their circumstances and be guided, with the help of myself, to work through their circumstances.

Joel Senor
Hello, and thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I have been working in the field of mental health and addictions for over 10 years, and I love what I do for a living. When working with client’s my goal is to help address the core issues that are driving the behaviors that are causing problems in a person’s life and my goal is to take the journey with you to solve it using the client’s strengths. I deliver counseling using various techniques depending on the client’s needs. My favorite approach and one I find most effective for many of the problems client’s come to see me about is Cognitive Behavioral therapy. My goal within sessions is to challenge thinking that is causing a person to feel bad or engage in behaviors that is not conducive to life. I am a motivator at heart and know that one day I will be doing motivational speaking on a bigger stage but for right now you have me one on one coaching and motivating you to understand that you have the skills to overcome whatever problem you may be facing. I don’t have a magic wand but I do have skills to help you start to work in the direction you want to go in and the empathy and care to see you through. Please let me know if my services can be of support to you. As I stated earlier, my style really varies based on what your needs are, and I will do the best I can to make sure you are aware of your personal strengths that can assist you with making positive changes in your life. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor

Jaime Masotti
Hi! My name is Jaime and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of clinical experience. I am licensed in the state of Florida. I am originally from North Carolina and received my undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill (Go Heels!). After graduation, I worked at the N.C. Children's Hospital providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents. In 2004, I moved to Winston-Salem, NC to begin a graduate program in Counseling at Wake Forest University. Since 2006, I have worked in public and private schools in Atlanta, GA and Raleigh, NC. I became a licensed professional counselor in 2008 and am passionate about providing quality therapeutic care. My approach to counseling is client-centered in that I strive to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I also utilize interventions from other counseling theories to create appropriate treatment plans. Through Solution-Focused Theory, I provide support to the client by focusing on solving problems instead of being stuck in the past. I also help the client set short and long terms goals to achieve personal growth. Cognitive Behavioral Theory is another effective counseling modality I pull from during our sessions. It is similar to Solution-Focused Theory in that it focuses on the future but it also involves changing unhealthy thought patterns. I also incorporate relaxation techniques and teach coping skills as needed. In my free time, I enjoy running, reading, and practicing yoga. I also love spending time with my family at the beach, riding bikes in the neighborhood, and cooking in the kitchen. My husband and I have been married for almost 17 years and are always looking forward to travel adventures!

William Natale
My name is William Scott Natale. I have been a License Clinical Social Worker in FL since 2006. I have worked the most with clients who are coping with trauma and the result of poor or longer useful coping methods . For example, co-dependence, drug and alcohol abuse and self-harm behaviors. However, my focus with patients typically is built on communication style and following a trusted process for improved confidence and self esteem. Cognitive and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy is used most often in my practice with patients. I am happy you are considering a more satisfying way of life. Believe me, it is my pleasure to help you do that. Together, we can look at disappointments, core beliefs that support dysfunction, and determine the best way out. All you that will be asked of you is to participate in therapy with the courage and open mindedness needed to be honest about what is getting in the way and be willing to cope with the discomfort that often is associated with learning something new. I will do the work to provide help to you, All you need to do is participate, and again it will be my pleasure.
