Hello, and thank you for contacting me. I am a clinical psychologist with expertise in mind/body interface. I I have over 40 years experience working with clients ranging in age from young childhood through geriatrics. I ran and supervised a multidisciplinary clinic for 30 years that specialized in working with people who had undergone trauma of all types. Most of the clients I saw had a major physical injury as well as emotional injury. I have worked with people who have traumatic brain injury, amputation, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. I work with both patients and caregivers. I am also specialized as a rehabilitation psychologist and neuropsychologist. As a result of working with survivors of physical and emotional trauma, I also provide therapy around issues of loss, grief and separation. I have worked in major metropolitan areas dealing with diverse populations for my entire career. I strive to be sensitive to cultural diversity, sexual identity and orientation. I tailor my therapy approach to the needs of the individual. I work to provide a warm and respectful relationship and reflect the approach that seems to be the most effective in that situation for that person. I am well versed in behavioral, cognitive, client centered and psychodynamic approaches. My goal is to help people address their issues and develop to their highest level of independence and functioning If you think I may be of help to you, I look forward to hearing from you!

I am licensed in the state of Florida with over two decades of professional work experience. I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology and have worked with a variety of clientele with varying challenges, such as: relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, depression/anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, and coping with life changes. It is my goal to treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, as I know it is not always easy to open up about yourself with others. I am a firm believer that each of us comes with our own answers to our questions and solutions to our problems, but often need support in getting clear on what that is and what it looks like for them. This is where I come in. I can help you make the connection of what it is you truly desire for your life, and then support you in creating it. I consider this an opportunity for us to partner in support of your moving from a space where you no longer want to be, and towards a place where you desire and feel more fulfilled. Your participation in our communication together will support me in creating a tailor-made treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I commend you for taking the first step towards the change you want to see take place in your life. I am here to support and empower you on that journey.
