I am a LCSW, licensed in the state of Florida with 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I graduated from the University of South Florida with my Master's in Clinical Social work in 2000. I have a wide range of experience, working in various practice settings including: inpatient, outpatient community mental health, private practice, and home health. My counseling style is client-centered and strengths-based. I believe we all have the capacity for change and growth and it is my privilege to help motivated individuals in their journey toward self-improvement and growth. You can expect that I will treat you with compassion and non-judgment and be present with you as you work on your self-determined goals. Video sessions are immensely helpful to the therapeutic relationship, but I can communicate with you via text and phone as well. I believe it takes courage and strength to seek help to reach your goals. I am here for you on your journey. I look forward to working with you!

Megan Sihle
Hello there! I am truly happy you are here and have decided to embark on this therapeutic journey. It is my hope that I can be of assistance to you during the process. I received my Master's of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling, from Stetson University in 2004, and am currently a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have worked extensively with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, loneliness, body image distortions, and emotional imbalances. I had a private practice in Winter Park, Florida before venturing to Nicaragua for an adventure and change of pace. I facilitated counseling and wellness retreats on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua for 7 years! I worked with people from all over the world with issues ranging from anxiety/stress, grief, and meaninglessness, to relationship problems and career/life transitions. I am currently back in the United States and calling Miami home. A lot has changed since I left the US for the jungle of Nicaragua, but one thing has stayed the same: I feel it is an absolute privilege to work with client's as they are journeying through the unknown and trusting me with their emotional space. I was born to be a therapist, and couldn't imagine my life having taken any other path. I am also of the belief that a therapist cannot take a client further than they have been willing to go themselves. That said, self-exploration and growth have been a personal journey for me most of my life. I will be the first to tell you that the process may not be easy, and sometimes just downright messy; but with honest work, grit, and authenticity, the growth potential can be huge and often times, life changing. I consider myself eclectic in my approach and draw my therapy style from a few different teachers, however, I tend to favor existential/humanistic philosophies, in addition to holistic modalities. Simply put, we will explore what it means to be human and the questions of meaning, choice, personal freedom, and hopefully uncovering the hidden potential that I feel most all of us possess. I also feel it is of utmost importance to look at the whole person, therefore we will explore and address your issues holistically. Our mental health is only one piece of us, therefore, it can be out of balance if we are not taking care of ourselves in other ways (i.e., physically, spiritually, nutritionally, etc). I look forward to meeting you soon and perhaps participating in the journey with you. I already laud your insight and courage for coming this far. "Challenging the meaning of life is the truest expression of the state of being human." ~Victor E. Frankl

Jacqueline Lizarazo
Hi! My name is Jacqueline Lizarazo, and I go by Jackie. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 5 years of professional work experience. I specialize in therapy for individuals, children, and couples, focusing on stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am here to support you in that process. Why Choose Me: I want you to read the following passages: On Abuse: “I lived in a glass house into which my mother could look at any time. In a glass house, however, you cannot conceal anything without giving yourself away, except by hiding it under the ground. And then you cannot see it yourself, either.” On Depression: “Trees aren’t supposed to display fruit; they’re supposed to produce it. As much as I wanted to see results, I knew that I had to wait. The tree had to become healthy and mature before it could produce the fruit, and that takes time.” If what you read resonates with you, this is the type of therapy I offer. I push, and sometimes might make you cry—not to harm, but for growth. I deeply care about my patients and only want the best for you. I am not judgmental; I am here to listen and provide feedback. I often ask myself the question: if I were sitting where you are, would I come back? And the answer is yes. I give homework, so don’t expect it to be easy unless we need it to be. I am flexible, and my schedule is pretty open to fit your needs. We’re going to have days where we just catch up and talk about what happened that week but be prepared to talk about your past.
