One of my favorite quotes comes from Arthur Ashe, in which he said: “From what we get, we can make a living: what we give, however, makes a life”. Throughout the course of my professional career, one of my leading motives has been to help individuals that I work with feel safe, overcome stressors, gain insight and awareness, and develop healthy coping skills. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children in different settings, such as outpatient (in the home and in a hospital), inpatient (for individuals who require stabilization), and in the school system through group, individual, and family therapy. Prior to this, I worked with individuals struggling with mental, emotional, and/or substance abuse as a Case Manager, from 2006 to when I began providing therapy in 2012. My goal through my Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic approach is to assist people seek peace by finding stability and happiness in their lives. Remember, "peace comes from within, do not seek it without". You made the courageous decision to seek help, and I believe that I can provide support (via text, chat, phone or video) and help you begin to or continue to live a meaningful life. Warmly, Katiuska

Hello! My name is Marian Bach. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 25 years. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Certified Addictions Professional, Certified Life Coach and National Certified Counselor. My goal over my years of working with many, many clients has been to help them learn how and to practice moving forward from suffering and dysfunction to living in wellness and positive purpose in life and life style. Some of the issues I have helped clients with are various trauma experiences, self esteem building, food and/or body image problems, as well as coaching for career choice concerns, educational problems and any unclear situation that might require dissecting and guidance from a non-judgmental "eye'. My style is warm and comfortable. I am respectful and encouraging. I empathize with my client's problems and help to separate emotions from behaviors. I am very solution focused. I definitely work to get into the solution and help my clients move that way as well. I feel it is very brave of someone to come and ask for help for themselves. I like to help clients learn about and practice mindfulness and learn how to appreciate what is positive in their lives by practicing daily gratitude. I am looking forward to meeting you and being your good listener, guide, and us working as a team to help you build and live in inner peace.

Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the concerns you have that are holding you back. Let's work together.
