I received my Bachelors of Arts from Kent State University with a major in psychology and a minor in conflict management, and proceeded to earn my Masters in Education through Cleveland State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with individuals regarding many mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma and PTSD, and issues concerning grief or loss. I have worked for years with adults with concerns related to family relationships, parenting, and managing adjustments and transitions to new stages of life. I continue to build my knowledge and awareness of cultural, religious and spiritual factors that can influence the views and decisions of others, and work hard to understand and respect where my clients are coming from in address their individual needs. I strive to be as open and empathetic as possible in my work, and believe that you as the client should have a say in the pace, frequency, and plans for your unique needs in the counseling process. Reaching out for help can be difficult, and I firmly believe that it is my job to support you as much as possible in your efforts to better improve your life. If you are ready to commit the time and energy to making the changes you want to see in your life, then I am here to support you.

Nusrat Karim
My name is Nusrat Karim, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with my Master's from Florida International University. My life’s goal is to end mental health stigma wherever I go, and to help bring awareness in the communities I work in and with the individuals that I work with. I strongly believe that therapy is to help someone get through a difficult experience, and to help individuals and families heal in the process. My main therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral health, but I also like to use person centered therapy, brief solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and I like to incorporate mindfulness in my practice. I have experience working with both adults and youth. I have experience working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, adjustment disorder, poor coping skills and social skills. I am able to build good rapport quickly, and I have been told by others that I have good communication skills. I am able to actively listen without judgement, show empathy and be honest with others. I look forward to meeting and working with you!

Cletus Deller
My name is Cletus (Clete) Deller and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (20 years experience) who started out my professional career as a teacher. As far as approach, I use both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy, (ACT), along with a focus on Christian Deliverance Ministry. I have two Graduate Degrees (an MS in Psychology and Counseling, and an MBA), Post Graduate Certification in Forensic Psychology, certification as a Sexual Therapist, and in addition, I have ISE and NCAA certification in Deliverance Ministry. I am strongly focused on offering both science-based treatment along with a Christian Deliverance Ministry focus to successfully treat trauma, addiction, and Narcissistic and Borderline personalities. From the science side, I am trained and certified in the only evidenced-based scientific treatments, strongly recommended by the American Psychology Association and I have additional certifications in Anger Management, Anxiety, Complex Trauma, Grief, Narcissistic Abuse, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (the only science-based treatment for Borderline personalities) From the Deliverance Ministry side, as mentioned above, I have both ISE and NCAA certification. Deliverance Ministry is currently the only complete treatment available for both Narcissism and Borderline conditions. I am a not a Christian counselor, but I am a Counselor who is a Christian. What that means is that I can use both scientifically validated approaches to solving mental health issues, and Christian counseling techniques, if requested. The goal is always to craft the right plan, for the person that is seeking help. What sets me apart from all other therapists, is a unique approach based on Christian Deliverance Ministry, that I use to help people who suffer from Narcissistic and Borderline lives. Currently there is only one approved treatment for Borderline (DBT which I am also certified in), that takes over a year to be effective, and there is no approved treatment for Narcissism. The treatment I offer for both Borderline and Narcissism, usually takes less than 8 sessions. For my treatment to work however, the individual MUST WANT TO GET BETTER. Please feel free to find out more about me and my techniques, at my website https://finallyfreedeliverance.org/ ( there other sites with similar names - mine is .org)

Timothy 'Tim' McCann
I have been in helping roles for the last 33 years. Early in my career I worked in Correctional Institutions with both teens and adult males. Those early years were so very formative for me as a person and really shaped my path moving forward. After 16 years I left the correctional setting and worked in an educational setting for the last 15 years. Quite a change and a whole different set of experiences added to my skill set. Out of my masters program I worked at a wellness center with a wide variety of clients including, transgender, gay and lesbian, couples, and military clients experiencing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). All of these combined experiences have really diversified my ability to be a good counselor. I feel so very fortunate for these past experiences and I look forward to new challenges. I truly feel fortunate when a person shares their story with me and it is very satisfying to help people in this role. I would describe my approach as goal oriented, and client centered. I have an eclectic mix of styles but believe that I need to meet you where you are and we can determine from that point what modality is best for your issues. Remember your take away must work for you beyond counseling! I am based in Carl Rogers humanistic approach and believe that you as the client are the expert on you! I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, DBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). These modalities are hands-on, practical approaches to problem-solving. CBT treatment usually involves efforts to change thinking patterns and or behaviors. The goals are to change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind difficult situations, and so change the way they feel. This helps people identify faulty or unhelpful ways of thinking and learn better ways of coping with life's full variety of stressors. I am also a fan of mindfulness techniques and believe that it brings focus into a person life when they need it most. I have a tremendous amount of experience working with troubled teens and adults and feel at ease with difficult issues and topics. Counseling in a correctional setting taught me that life is precious and people can work toward second chances. I am open to new challenges and really appreciate learning new skills that can be added to a wealth of experience accumulated to date. I look forward to working with you! On a personal note, I have been married 30 years to a wonderful and patient woman! We have two great sons and two dogs named Otto and Milly who are adorable. Being married 30 years requires work on both partners parts and it is not always perfect but with good communication and effort life can be quite enjoyable.
