Mary Skinner
I am MH counselor/therapist with a counseling style that is warm, empathetic, integrative, pragmatic, and person-centered. I believe that a therapeutic relationship should be a collaborative one in which you and I work together to discover creative strategies, solutions, and, at times, even humorous insights to help you practice new ways to thrive. I have experience counseling adult individuals on family/relationship issues, and matters coping with grief, trauma, addiction, existential concerns, sexuality, and recovery. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and client-centered counseling. My work draws its influence from the counseling theories and styles of Carl Rogers, Carl Jung, and Murray Bowen. My goal is to overcome stigmatic labels and empower the client on a path to wellness. I look forward to working with you!

JoAnn Cobb
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and have 20 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and children. I believe that asking for help is a sign of strength and is the first step to improving any situation. I believe solution focused therapy is best where someone can benefit from help as needed, as opposed to staying in counseling long term. This gives an individual time to focus on the implementation of newly learned coping strategies and come back during challenging times. Reach out when you need help or a boost to get through a particular problem. I’ve treated many types of family problems from mild to major, depression, social anxiety, parenting issues, communication, and those contemplating divorce or separation to name a few. I’m looking forward to also helping you!
