Kaydianne Fletcher
My name is Kaydianne Fletcher and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. As a therapist, I have found my true calling. I openly assert that I love what I do and you will be able to see that in our work together. I attained my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing as a therapist for 5 years. I have experience working in community mental health as well as rehabilitation for addiction. The treatment of anxiety, depression, mood swings, ADHD, trauma, and substance addiction are just some of the areas in which I have experience. I know the difficulty that comes along with opening up to an unfamiliar person and respect client boundaries. I value my relationship with my clients and will work to maintain an open and transparent atmosphere. I take pride in offering my clients a safe, judgement free, and relatable environment to discuss any of life's struggles. As your therapist, I will offer you insight into connections between your past and current difficulties as well as resources for overcoming these difficulties and rewiring some of these connections. Congratulations on taking the first and one of the most important steps in seeking a better life! You will no longer have to struggle or figure it all out on your own. Therapy will be a journey that you and I will embark on together: a process that I am determined to see you through. Are you ready to embark on this journey with me?

I love to help others deal with life challenges to help them feeling happy, productive and whole again. Using combined a client-centered, humanistic approach, I have had years of experience working with all ages and helped many deal with depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD and life transition issues. Positive psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are used to improve self-esteem, motivation and confidence. I include interpersonal hypnotherapy, guided meditation, EFT and mindfulness techniques to deal with anxiety, panic attacks, traumatic experiences, loss and grief. My view of therapy is that it is a joint process, taken at a pace that is comfortable for the person seeking services. Sometimes we just get stuck. Sometimes we just need to learn skills. Sometimes we just need someone outside of a situation to talk to for insight or support. What ever the issue, together we agree upon a plan based upon what is most pressing for you. I offer my knowledge and skills that I think would be most helpful to address your concerns, learn ways to make changes you want to make happen and move forward with life! I am here for you so take that first step and get in touch with me. I will be happy to answer you!

Hi and welcome! I believe that finding the right fit for your counselor is an important step in this journey of feeling better, and I'm grateful you've decided to take the time and read mine. I have been a social worker for eight years and a life coach and counselor for a decade working with a variety of people including individuals, groups, and children. Currently, I run a small private practice and mental coaching business for athletes looking to access their competitive potential. I would say my experience has been quite varied. I've practiced in substance use facilities, 6-12 grade in public schools, community field work, with young adults, and I also work in the world of collegiate athletics. I feel my best as a therapist when I can work with my clients to develop goals and clear pathways to success however that may look. I also crossover into other aspects of practice that include LGBTQ+ populations, multicultural issues, and trauma. I appreciate therapeutic styles and approaches that consider multicultural considerations and that value diversity. I practice cultural humility when engaging in work with individuals who have cultural considerations especially those I can learn from myself. I’m thrilled you’re here looking for relief and I hope I can be a part of your team to support you. *Please note that I am currently only accepting new members who are looking to message or chat for live scheduled sessions* Let’s get at it!
