Dr. Loreen Shrager
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing particularly in working with individuals facing depression and anxiety. I have received specialized training in Hypnotherapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, mindfulness inspired practices including help with body and diet challenges utilizing the technique of Mindfulness Based Eating as well as evidence based mind-body techniques such as breathing exercises and guided relaxation. I Life is precious and change is possible, in fact inevitable. When the world throws at us the seemingly unbearable, it is in our response that we can find the potential for growth and freedom. Therapy allows for a pause in the midst of it all, to take a step back in order to take a closer look and move in the direction of self-compassion, happiness and fulfillment. My experience of over 25 years teaching and practicing yoga/meditation is seamlessly integrated into my therapeutic approach and philosophy through the blending of Eastern mindfulness based approaches and Western cognitive psychology. My emphasis is on listening and understanding first, only then can we we truly work collaboratively. Searching for a therapist can feel overwhelming given the special nature of the relationship and the importance of a good fit. You're here, you are taking that courageous first step. I welcome and I am honored to have the opportunity to accompany you on your journey toward change.

Abigail Buteau
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. I have 10 years experience working with clients in various stages of life. As a counselor I have worked with individuals who have had major mental health, substance abuse as well as some who were dual diagnosed. I have worked with children and families from the Foster Care system that have experienced abuse, abandonment, neglect and complex trauma. In addition to their trauma I have also worked with families and children to address their adoption related challenges. I have also had the experience of working with the elderly population and their family, working through the challenges of end of life decisions and coping with end of life illnesses. As a counselor my approach is to work with the clients in a partnership to explore solutions to what the client identifies as their challenge. My goal is to work together with each client to build a safe and therapeutic environment. My therapeutic approach is solution focused while also allowing the client to lead the direction of the session.

Dr. Robin Miller
My name is Robin I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at California Southern University, Master's degree from Webster University in Clinical Counseling, and Bachelor's degree from Rollins College in Psychology. I am a licensed mental health counselor in private practice in Florida. I completed my internship providing psychological services for teens and young mothers in a pregnancy program, as well as working as a substance abuse counselor with adults. Upon completion of my Master's, I went straight into private practice. I am a former high school psychology teacher. I serve as a general psychology and basic counseling skills adjunct instructor at Eastern Florida State College and I teach various level undergraduate and graduate level courses at South College. My area of focus in my practice is on anxiety and depression. I work mainly with people who are feeling stuck and have a negative outlook on life. My goal is to help people gain clarity in their situations and build the skills to find meaning and purpose in their lives. I use an eclectic approach to therapy. With a mix of various CBT techniques to challenge many of those illogical thoughts that plague many people, with a mix of mindfulness activities, I find that my clients do very well with these two modalities, when appropriate. I take each client as a very unique individual, so once we meet, I can get a better idea of what the client may need as far as treatment approaches. There is nothing more rewarding than guiding someone through their journey into wellness!
