I feel that in order to maintain client authenticity, the clients need to be heard valued and understood. While I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy it allows a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. It is my goal is to help my clients change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind people's difficulties, and so they can change the way in which one feels.
