Kevin Wilbanks
Hello! My name is Kevin Wilbanks, D. Min, MA, NCC, L.P.C., L.C.P.C., L.C.M.H.C. "Kevin" is fine! Thank you for reaching out to me! I am here to collaborate with you to get from where you are to where you want to be in your life. I facilitate client collaboration towards change in an environment of listening and understanding, non-judgmental consideration, dependability, and honesty. Our relationship in our work together is the most important thing, so you can grow as a person to be more of who you want to be. Therapy helps you resolve past interpersonal problems and overcomes barriers to growth by offering a “corrective emotional experience” through your relationship with me, as your therapist. An example is, finally feeling heard and understood by someone! It takes courage to reach out. Not only that, it is smart to do so. Part of growing in our competence in life is knowing our strengths and our limitations. Outsourcing is a good idea, especially if you have used your skills and resources and have not been able to change an aspect of your life. Everyone outsources. We do so when we hire someone to do any service on our house or car. We outsource when we have an athletic coach. I am an expert you can also outsource to, for more personal areas of life improvement. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help clients capture a greater sense of wellbeing and control over their lives by teaching them new approaches to solving old problems. They may experience a sense of wellbeing and control they have never experienced before! My clients often come to me for counseling when they are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, out of control anger, dissolution of a marriage or marital conflict, parenting challenges, life changes, and other life pain or challenges. To make life barriers become opportunities for growth, control and wellbeing, I help clients overcome these experiences by teaching them how to calm body and mind to aid them in decision making. I help clients gain awareness and insight into how the past is related to the present and help them to make different choices for their future. I help clients get unstuck from their failure in relationships or reaching other life goals by helping them change self-sabotaging beliefs, self-talk, and fears to more reality-based thoughts that have a powerful and positive impact on how they feel emotionally. I coach clients on adapting their behavioral skills to meet life challenges more effectively. In order to get to know me before we begin, here is my bio: Dr. Kevin Wilbanks received his Doctorate in Counseling (D. Min) from Covington Theological Seminary, Rossville, Georgia in 1998. He completed his Master of Arts (MA) from Argosy University, Atlanta, Georgia, in 1995, studying Counseling Psychology. Dr. Wilbanks received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Interdisciplinary Studies, Social Sciences in 1993 from N.W. Christian University, Eugene, Oregon. Dr. Wilbanks has worked as a clinical counselor for fourteen years, world-wide, supporting the United States Armed Forces mission. From 2000-2008, Dr. Wilbanks served as CEO of Counseling Associates of West Georgia, Inc., where he specialized in rural counseling and mediation, serving children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. He has more extensive experience to list in this bio. He enjoys playing drums and percussion, hiking, fitness, travelling and reading.

Natasha Dedijer-Turner
With more than two decades of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, from private practice to psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and domestic violence shelters. I've also worked with juvenile justice and forensic facilities, as well as child advocacy centers. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work has been partnering with local law enforcement agencies and district attorneys as an expert witness in trauma and abuse cases. In fact, I've conducted over 300 forensic interviews in several metro Atlanta counties. In addition to my direct work in the field, I've also served as a governor-appointed Executive Board Member on the State of Georgia Sexual Offender Registration Review Board for over 10 years. And as a published author on a variety of mental health topics, I've had the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise with others. I've also taught psychology at the undergraduate level and conducted workshops on a range of topics, including relationship issues, parenting skills, stress management, and mandated child abuse reporting. With my wealth of experience and passion for helping others, I'm confident that I can make a positive impact on your life. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Emory University and both a Master of Education (M.Ed) and an Education Specialist (Ed.S) degree from the University of Florida. As a registered out-of-state telehealth provider for the State of Florida (TPMC4), I am also authorized to provide therapy to Floridians. Additionally, I am a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS). I help countless people "figure it out". Charles Allen
Thank you for stopping by and taking time to learn a little more about me! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who is in private practice in Georgia. After spending 40 years in church music ministry, I resigned from full-time ministry and returned to college to earn my master's degree in Psychology. After graduating from Argosy University in 1995, I worked in Public Mental Health for 15 years, and in 2010 left that venue and opened my solo private practice where I continue to work today. My primary area of interest is working with couples who plan to be married, or with couples who need help restoring their marriage to a healthy status. I am a Level 3 Gottman Therapist. I believe in traditional marriage. I am blessed to have been married to my wife since 1965. We know what it's like to have marriage problems and to work through those problems. I believe there is no problem so great that it cannot be conquered if there is just a little bit of "one more try" left in both of you. I am also a Court Approved Counselor who works with individuals who have been court ordered for anger management counseling. I also work with individuals who are not court mandated but who want to work on their anger issues. I look forward to speaking with you about your specific needs.
