Tami Labul
Hi, I'm Tami a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Maine and Idaho, with over 20 years of experience in the field. My pronouns are she/her. As a therapist in a local mental health practice, I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief and loss. I have experience working with men, women and teens. I am comfortable and experienced in working with clients of all different faiths and cultures and am an LGBTQ affirming therapist. My work as a Certified Trauma Professional has given me a great deal of experience working with people recovering from physical or emotional trauma and abuse. I have a particular interest and expertise in working with individuals struggling with anxiety and self esteem issues. My counseling style is supportive and I believe in strengths based treatment which includes respect, no judgement, and meeting an individual where they are. My approach combines many different treatment methods and strategies, all tailored to meet your specific needs and comfort. I believe you will find me to be an empathetic listener who is ready and willing to join with you in addressing the issues that you want to tackle. We will uncover old and new healthy coping skills and put new "tools in your toolbox". I am available for phone or video sessions by appointment and take care to respond to messages regularly. I typically log in to read and respond twice a day, five days a week. My usual days off are Saturdays and Sundays, as well as any major holidays. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am a firm believer in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and if you are ready to begin, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

My experience has allowed me the opportunity to work with a multitude of populations with differing psychiatric diagnoses. I have experience working individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, eating disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorder, LGBTQ+ community, substance abuse, and much more. My approach is very person-centered and my focused is on the client's needs. I do not believe it is my place to tell people what they need to change, but rather, to help guide them to self-actualization so they can make change within themselves. I implement several therapeutic modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I also make my best attempts at catering to each person's learning style and have an array of resources to meet each clients unique needs.

Dr. Christopher Waters
I am a clinical psychologist who is licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. I have been practicing for 13 years. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, codependency, and family conflicts. I specialize in treating trauma, dissociation, and abuse. I believe every person has unique ways to grow and heal so I try to tailor my treatment plan to your specific needs. Many therapists focus on learning general tools to help you change your thoughts and feelings, which is often helpful. However, my approach to therapy is to help you identify internal conflicts or traumas, and then practice ways to work through these difficulties. I use tools such as Gestalt Therapy, IFS, EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, and guided imagery. I also try to be gentle in my approach because people need a safe place to explore themselves. I know therapy can be challenging, but I also hope to make it rewarding and fun.

Katrena Bonds
I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples and children from across the country. I have wanted to help people since growing up in a large family where I was able to enjoy the love and security that only a family can provide. I wanted to "give back" to others at an early age. I believe that "family is the first cell of society" and I know that a healthy marriage is the best protective factor to ensure long-term success for the family and healthy outcomes for children. So I would be especially eager to work with couples struggling with communication issues. My approach to therapy is client/couple-centered, trauma informed and strengths based. I believe that a strong supportive relationship between client and therapist is essential in creating trust and safety in the therapeutic process, so I will actively listen to you and allow you to feel validated and heard. I will also provide you with a short presentation on basic human brain development that takes a cognitive/physical/emotional perspective to give us a foundation to work and provide a more rounded approach to treatment going forward. For couples seeking communication support, I will introduce a technique that is evidenced based to assist in communication break downs and foster healthy patterns of communication, With years of experience working with children and families, I have the confidence that I can help you build new skills that will increase the quality of your interpersonal relationships and help you discover your true value and strengths through the therapeutic process! I am ready to get started!
