Dr. Delthea Hill
I am a highly qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker [LCSW] with over 25 years of experience dealing with diverse populations of clients that include working with individuals, couples, families, young children, and adolescents. I hold a doctoral degree from Indiana University, 2008, and I received a Master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in 1982. My career involves organizational management, clinical supervision, and extensive experience with completing psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. I have proven success with engaging clients by empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. I do not view people as fundamentally flawed. I believe people know themselves better than experts in the helping professions. My approach to therapy is based on guiding my clients to work along with me to resolve their identified issues in treatment. A relationship with a therapist is one of the most intimate bonds a person can have in life. Who do you trust with your most private and vulnerable experiences? This is the reason why I take the time to build trust and rapport with my clients. Building trust is a critical part of achieving success in therapy. I am compassionate with strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

You want something to change, but don't know where to start. Maybe it's how you feel: Sometimes your thoughts, feelings, emotions, stories, and sensations try to get in the way of moving toward what's meaningful to you. Maybe it's how your relationship feels: Sometimes the communication patterns between the two of you can erode trust and commitment, leaving your relationship bond damaged or broken. Maybe you're haunted by your past: Like broken glass, many traumatic memories can be fragmented and jagged, stored in your mind and body, emotionally wounding you over and over again, until you're left dejected and exhausted. We're wounded in relationships... and we're healed in relationships. Let me help. Here's what I believe: Things can be different. You can effect change in your life, on the inside and on the outside. You can feel better and get better. You can move toward what's meaningful to you. Here's How I Can Help: Internal "Stuff": The thoughts, feelings, emotions, stories, and sensations that try to prevent movement toward what's meaningful to you. External "Stuff": The conflict that lives in the space between committed people that erodes trust and commitment, preventing movement toward the bond. Traumatic Memories: Fragments of emotional intensity trapped in the mind and body, triggering cascades of turbulence that interfere with daily living. I'm a therapist and clinical counselor based in Westfield, IN, and I'm about helping you move toward what's meaningful to you, when your thoughts and feelings try to get in the way. Know this: I want this to work as much as you do, and I will never judge you.

Darlene Graham
Hello! I'm Darlene Graham and I am a PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL, RELATIONAL & SPIRITUAL GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT COACH AND A MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR. Without change and growth, there's stagnation. With change and growth, there is the opportunity to reach your hidden potential. Are you ready to become more of what you were meant to become? Are you ready for meaningful and satisfying relationships? I've counseled individuals, couples and families for 14 years and I've learned that meeting people where they are, especially where their thoughts are and helping them step-by-step shift to a more supportive place, has been a very successful approach in helping people meet their needs. As a result, I tend to favor a thought-restructuring, strengths-based, solution-focused, and client-centered approach. I've worked with children, adolescents, young and older adults and find that everyone needs support. So, if you're ready for growth and change. If you're ready to choose something different. Allow me to walk along side you to support you on your journey.

Dana Teeter
Hello and welcome! My name is Dana Teeter and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Indiana. I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, incorporating a variety of mind management techniques, as well as talk therapy, CBT, yoga, breath work, and other mind- body exercises to address mindset, negative thinking, intrusive thoughts, and coping with negative emotions. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds. I have over 10 years experience working with children and teens in the school environment as a counselor/ social worker. I have extensive experience providing services for students struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and childhood trauma, as well as children and adolescents struggling with areas of identity, self-esteem and self-worth, interpersonal skills and emotional regulation. In addition, I have spent the last 8 years working at home with my two sons, both of who have been diagnosed with ADHD. This has given me the unique perspective of working with students with ADHD as both a social worker, and as a parent. I also have experience writing IEPs, 504 plans, behavior intervention plans, and goals for students with ADHD and have spent time working with school professionals and families to implement these plans successfully. While most of my experience in the clinical field has been with children and adolescents, I have worked with families and adults as well. I also have a personal interest in mental health and wellness, and enjoy working with clients from various backgrounds to address what is weighing them down, assess their mental health and overall wellness needs, and develop a plan to improve their own ability to self-regulate emotions and better manage their mental health and wellness needs. I have experience using CBT, mindfulness, yoga, progressive muscle relaxation, breathing techniques, and a variety of other holistic approaches to managing negative thoughts and emotions. I am also Yogafit certified and recently earned my black belt in Taekwondo, as I have found these practices to be crucial to managing my own mental health and wellness. As a certified Revelation Wellness® instructor, I understand the importance of taking care of the mind, body and spirit when addressing health and wellness, and I want to educate others about the neuroplasticity of our brains and our bodies ability to heal themselves when giving a supportive, healing environment. I enjoy studying the mind, body, spirit connection and using education as a tool to empower my clients. I love meeting new people and learning from others; I believe we all have a story to share and have found my own healing as I have shared my story with others. I hope to create a safe environment for clients to share their own stories and struggles, as well as to learn more about their own mental health and set goals for future growth. I enjoy educating and empowering my clients to become an expert on their own mental health and look forward to collaborating with clients to help them find freedom to live their best lives.

Sheri Patterson
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Indiana and have worked both in an inpatient psychiatric setting as well as outpatient counseling practice. I take what is known as a "positive psychology" approach to therapy knowing that each individual has personal strengths that they can pull from to continue to grow and improve both personally and professionally. I have experience in helping clients with mood difficulties, stress management, relationship issues, motivation with life change and adjustments, and self-esteem and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, and the client takes the primary lead in setting therapy goals. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage but it is such an enriching and empowering part of life's journey. I look forward to working with you.
