I take a person-centered approach, where I work on building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client in order to help them reach their greatest potential and work towards reaching their goals. Doug Casper
Hi! My name is Doug Casper. I am a Professional Counselor licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan with over 25 years of experience helping people meet the challenges they face in everyday life. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns. For many people, therapy is about getting to know yourself better and understanding how you fit in with others and the world around you. Sometimes our problems seem so big that we question whether or not we can ever sort them out and get to a better place. We can. More importantly, YOU CAN. You do fit in even during times you might feel you don't. Therapy can help you gain a clearer understanding of things in your life that may be confusing and weigh heavily on your heart, mind, and soul. As your Counselor, my commitment is to walk with you in your journey - one step at a time and at a pace that is comfortable for you. We will work together to help you find the answers you need to live a happier and more fulfilled life. I look forward to working with you!

Dr. Stephen Bentley
I have been a therapist for over 32 years and I have worked in many different areas. I have been a director and supervisor of a practice for over ten years. I have been with the same company for the past 20 years. I have worked in the hospital doing group and individual therapy, I have done crisis intervention with clients, I have worked with a wide range of issues, including autism, addiction, anger issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma , death, physical abuse or emotional abuse. My therapy style is person-centered. I look at the needs of you the client I believe the relationship starts by forming a working relationship between myself and the client. it is my belief that acceptance for therapy from the individual is the only way therapy can really work. In the past 2 years due to Covid-19 I have found that tele-health is an effective tool to help others. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. It Is hard to take time out of our busy schedules to take care of the inner us that is one advantage of tele-health, it is hard for some to go into an office setting, it really takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and walk with you through this change. My definition of counseling is me being "A agent of Change." I look forward to working with you!
