I'm Michelle Sherman, a licensed master Social Worker with 20 years of experience. I work with individuals utilizing a strengths-based counseling approach. Exploring mindfulness techniques, addressing self regulation, challenging negative thinking patterns, and exploring "the whys" behind habits are some of the strategies I use to support clients. The individuals and families I work with have shared over the years that they find me to be open, caring, a great listener, warm, accepting and full of strategies, methodology and tools that have been helpful.
