It’s your life – make the proper connection. You are looking for a change. Trying to manage a family, career, and friendships while finding time for yourself as the daily cycle continues leaves you exhausted. So many tasks left undone. Life feels overwhelming. Thoughts of tomorrow keep you awake at night. You have no more empathy toward others, making you feel irritable and snippy. Your gas tank is empty, and your relationships are struggling. You want to succeed, yet keep desperately searching for balance and a way to rejuvenate. But – you feel lost on where to begin. If you want to live with more joy and confidence, heal from your past, or gain a deeper connection with everyone in your life – yourself included – you are in the right place. We will work together to finally release the harmful beliefs that have held you back for too long. Learn to treat yourself with the compassion and love you deserve! Find the right path forward. We will work together to establish the path right for you. We will use a combination of therapeutic modalities to help you reshape your sense of self, reprocess past traumas, and find healing. As we identify your goals, we can develop a treatment plan with the best approaches for you. Sharing your most intimate parts from your past can be scary. Regarding therapy, there are many paths to start your healing journey. The relationship you build with your provider is essential in allowing you the comfort and safety to begin on your path. I am a compassionate, supportive, person-centered therapist that believes that every client has individualized needs and healing comes from within. I do not have super powers. I am just a human helping other humans! Work with me will be challenging, however you will find it rooted in a relaxed, safe, and nonjudgmental space, allowing you to present your authentic self. As your provider, I will also show up with my authentic self; this might mean a t-shirt, cowgirl boots, and a ballcap – some days, dressed in a sweatshirt and jeans. There is nothing extra fancy here and no expectations for how you present to the session! Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy attending children's sporting events, cooking, gardening, and spending time on my farm with my children and husband. I am currently available to provide services to all genders ages 18 and up. I look forward to working with you!

I have accumulated a wide range of experience working with a diverse clientele. I have worked in school based mental health, addiction treatment, and residential treatment for children and teens. I have also worked in an outpatient setting treating severe and persistent mental illness. I have worked with children and teens that have had severe trauma through Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have also worked extensively with struggling families. Some of the many issues I have worked with people on are depression, anxiety, self-harm, addiction, trauma, parenting problems, relationship issues, ADHD, sexual abuse, pornography addiction, and anger management. My therapeutic style is to first listen to your story. You are the expert on your life, and I am here to listen to that experience. I try to treat everyone with respect, dignity, compassion, and understanding. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, Bowenian, motivational interviewing, and rational-emotive behavioral therapy methods. I believe in a client-centered collaborative approach in which I work to understand needs and goals that are specific to you. Your specific goals will guide our discussion and formulate your treatment plan. We all have times in our life when we could use some perspective and help with reaching our goals. We will work together to create a treatment plan and interventions that are unique to your situation. I welcome the opportunity to assist you in reaching your goals. I look forward to getting to know you and working together!

My name is Stacy Braiuca. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for over 20 years, public health educator of 10+ years, and technology-focused early adopter of 40+ years. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and my Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Combined they help me help people bridging the gaps between holistic health and wellness and mental health concerns. As a therapist, I have had the honor to help many different people: starting with children, teens, and their families, to working with elders in nursing homes, and those facing crises in the emergency room. Clients I have worked with struggled with anxiety, depression, life changes and stress, marital issues, trauma, and parenting issues. I love bringing knowledge of current cutting edge technology tools and wellness perspectives together as a powerhouse toolbox which can help you on your journey to your better self. Through this process you can learn how to: identify and analyze issues in your own life, to step back and interrupt negative patterns in your life, use new tools and skills to find relief from the burdens that you are constantly carrying around, and get unstuck individually or in your relationships. My main goal as a therapist is to start where you are in your journey, help you define and those goals and dreams for your life, and finally be your navigator in putting tools, skills, and resources in place for you to deal with past concerns. Therapy is still so stigmatized, so it is a truly wonderful thing that you have reached out to take care of your overall health! I would love to walk beside you as you embark on that journey. I look forward to working with you! Stacy

Welcome! I commend you for taking these steps towards creating change in your life. It takes courage to seek help and to consider letting someone get to know you. I have over a decade of diverse clinical practice with a Masters in clinical social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an additional Masters in Ethics from the University of Chicago. I love this work and am a relentless believer in the power of human change. I have extensive experience in the areas of past and present abuse and trauma, family of origin issues, relationships, sexuality, as well as in managing the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and the sometimes unhealthy coping strategies that can emerge from both situational and chronic stressors. My style is warm, interactive and approachable. I believe in helping you see things you may miss in yourself and in others. My clinical approaches will vary with your preferences and needs. I believe humans are incredibly resilient and I will start with seeking to understand both the challenges you are facing and the strengths you already bring.
