It’s your life – make the proper connection. You are looking for a change. Trying to manage a family, career, and friendships while finding time for yourself as the daily cycle continues leaves you exhausted. So many tasks left undone. Life feels overwhelming. Thoughts of tomorrow keep you awake at night. You have no more empathy toward others, making you feel irritable and snippy. Your gas tank is empty, and your relationships are struggling. You want to succeed, yet keep desperately searching for balance and a way to rejuvenate. But – you feel lost on where to begin. If you want to live with more joy and confidence, heal from your past, or gain a deeper connection with everyone in your life – yourself included – you are in the right place. We will work together to finally release the harmful beliefs that have held you back for too long. Learn to treat yourself with the compassion and love you deserve! Find the right path forward. We will work together to establish the path right for you. We will use a combination of therapeutic modalities to help you reshape your sense of self, reprocess past traumas, and find healing. As we identify your goals, we can develop a treatment plan with the best approaches for you. Sharing your most intimate parts from your past can be scary. Regarding therapy, there are many paths to start your healing journey. The relationship you build with your provider is essential in allowing you the comfort and safety to begin on your path. I am a compassionate, supportive, person-centered therapist that believes that every client has individualized needs and healing comes from within. I do not have super powers. I am just a human helping other humans! Work with me will be challenging, however you will find it rooted in a relaxed, safe, and nonjudgmental space, allowing you to present your authentic self. As your provider, I will also show up with my authentic self; this might mean a t-shirt, cowgirl boots, and a ballcap – some days, dressed in a sweatshirt and jeans. There is nothing extra fancy here and no expectations for how you present to the session! Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy attending children's sporting events, cooking, gardening, and spending time on my farm with my children and husband. I am currently available to provide services to all genders ages 18 and up. I look forward to working with you!

I am an adult, adolescent and family therapist with 20 years of experience. I am licensed in Montana, North Dakota and Minnesota and have additional certification in Interactive Play Therapy which allows for creative interventions when it is difficult to find the words to express yourself. I provide treatment for a variety of disorders and specialize in trauma therapy. My approach to treatment is providing personalized approaches including creative interventions to help individuals heal in a safe, warm, and collaborative environment. Many of my clients have uncertainty and confusion about how treatment will impact their futures. My goal is to help you navigate through those questions and help you find the best treatment approach for you and your needs. I have experience with a variety of challenge areas including the effects of abuse sustained in childhood, victims of psychological, sexual & physical abuse, victims of domestic violence, victims of neglect, adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, behavior management, attachment issues, personality disorders, and persons affected by divorce. I provide several options for therapeutic techniques and interventions that assist you in moving through your treatment as smoothly as possible while finding ways to practice coping skills, communicate, and heal in a safe and calming environment. As online treatment has become more accessible over the last few years, I have developed and accessed many online tools and interventions that help bridge the gap between in person and online therapy. My approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT & trauma focused), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, on-line sand tray and interactive play therapy techniques. I look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you as you look towards the next steps in your journey!

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker who lives in Denver. I spend my free time skiing, hanging with my people, or reading a good book! My mission for providing therapy is simple; I believe in every person's ability to experience healing, growth, and the ability to thrive amidst the challenges of life. I am a strong believer that healing happens through relationship, and I greatly value the therapeutic relationship in my work. During the incredibly isolating experience of the pandemic, therapy offers an open space to connect deeply with others and to journey together as we navigate the challenges and explore areas that need to be healed. I provide supportive, relational, and strengths-based therapy that facilitates healing and growth. One of my greatest strengths in therapy is that I’m someone who sees things from different perspectives. When it comes to therapy, gaining different perspectives is essential to growth. I believe that more empathy and compassion towards ourselves and others can change how we experience with the world around us. My expertise in counseling is in issues related to grief/loss, trauma, anxiety and depression, and relationships, but I am happy to journey alongside you and navigate your healing process with you.

Welcome! My name is Brianne Phillips. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kansas, Missouri, North Dakota, and Louisiana, and hold the credential of a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. Over the past 17 years, I have spent my time as a social worker in various settings: in schools, in private practice, in a hospital, with youth in foster care, and with survivors of domestic violence. Even though the settings were all different, one thing stayed the same. Our success and challenges are influenced by our lived experiences and our perceptions of these experiences. I have helped people cope with change, parenting challenges, relationship stressors and conflicts, trauma, and managing the everyday stressors that go along with life in general. When I’m working with clients, I genuinely want to get to know you. Starting sessions with a new therapist can seem a bit intimidating. Making sure you feel heard and valued is important to me. I want you to know you’ve got someone in your corner. For me, learning about the different parts of your life is important as we embark on this journey. As a social worker, I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy; looking at the big picture rather than one tiny segment. Once we see where you fit into the big picture and how your perceptions and experiences have shaped your behavior, we can begin to challenge your thought processes to change your thinking and/or past behaviors. We all know the saying, “If you continue to do the same thing, you’ll continue to get the same result.” I am confident that as a team, you and I can take on the challenges you’re facing, so you can try new ideas and begin to see positive results.
