Tiffany Riley
I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Montana with 22 years of experience in the behavioral health field; 19 of which as a therapist. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Montana and my Master of Science degree from the University of Great Falls. The clients I work with present with a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, familial issues, parenting challenges, interpersonal relationship troubles and academic issues. The ages of my clients ranged from 2-70 with diverse backgrounds. My approach to providing therapy focuses on what you choose to bring to sessions. Overall, I treat people with dignity and respect while offering unconditional positive regard, genuine concern, sensitivity, and compassion; just as I wish to be treated. I consider therapy a journey; one that is challenging yet fulfilling but it takes work and time to tackle issues. When individuals feel heard, validated, and supported, they choose to do the work and engage in therapy. People and their issues are like onions; they have many layers and a lot of those layers are protective. If you are ready to start your journey, I will gladly walk it with you, So, let us start peeling away the layers to get to the underlying issues causing you distress so you can begin to feel better and live your fullest life. I look forward to working with you.

Dawn Hutson
Hello my name is Dawn and I have been individually licensed to practice individual therapy for 6 years. During my time as a therapist I have helped individuals with depression, anxiety and trauma gain the skills and self-acceptance they need to achieve their goals. By gaining skills and acceptance of yourself; you will be able to live the life you desire. I believe that everyone is a unique individual so I approach therapy with an open mind and no judgement on your past or present experiences. This approach allows you to feel in control of your therapy and learn skills through therapy interventions like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and didactical behavioral therapy (DBT) all through a trauma informed lenses. A trauma informed lenses allows me, as your therapist, to see you as uniquely you and how your experiences have brought you to this point. My therapeutic approach can be summed up by the quote from Charles Addams “Normal is an illusion, what is normal for the spider is chaos for the fly.” This quote speaks to the individual experiences we all have and that we are all unique. Therapy will be successful for you if you are willing to put in the work and practice the skills we discuss outside of therapy sessions. You are seeking supports and encouragement from me to gain the life you are looking for. My job as your therapist will be to guide you through exploring yourself and gaining skills to meet your goals. Throughout my studies to become a therapist and practicing as a licensed therapist I have learned that everyone has their own individual experiences; that we are all unique in how we experience life and seek supports to benefit our lives. Depression along with other mental health symptoms may seem like common experiences today; however you individually experience these symptoms is unique and there is not a one size fits all approach. Using multiple different approaches I can support you in managing your symptoms effectively. I became a therapist because I saw the benefits individuals gained when they had someone who was non-judgmental and accepting of them. I have always been drawn to helping and supporting others. I gain fulfillment out of seeing others succeed and achieve what they want out of life. As a therapist I am able to reach others at any point in their lives to help them gain self-acceptance and encourage them to use skills to meet their goals. This passion to accept others for who they are started with my family values and how my family respects others no matter their walk of life. When I’m’ not working I am having adventures in the mountains with my family including camping, hiking and enjoying nature in its bounty. In addition I enjoy doing pottery working on crafts or trying a new recipes at home. I am excited to begin working with you soon!
