Patricia Searels
Hi! My name is Patricia Searels and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked in a variety of settings such as universities, private practice, and non profit centers for over 20 years. I have worked closely with college students, athletes, young professionals, and adults of all ages suffering from adjustment disorders ( moving, new parents, job changes, divorce) depression, anxiety, trauma, and those who are experiencing loss or relationship issues. My counseling style is is to create a genuine relationship that is caring, direct, and cooperative. I believe that when people are treated with respect and in a safe, healthy and honest relationship, growth can occur. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and motivational interviewing counseling. The therapeutic process looks different for each individual, and my belief is in finding a unique, individualized and wholistic approach for each client. I always meet the client where they are and their personal goals will drive our work together. My hours are pretty flexible and I prefer to have some voice or face to face time in addition to text. I believe in providing the tools you need to live a happier more fulfilling life. By reaching out for support and help you have already taken the first step towards improving your life and achieving your goals. I look forward to working with you!

Who do you go to when life hurts? What do you do when problems arise? Where do you go when the stigma of traditional counseling is not an option? I am here to assist you with online counseling. I counsel individuals, couples, and families. I have been in private practice since September, 1999. I have been a board Certified TeleMental Health counselor since 2014. I believe that each of us have the ability to heal our hurts through forgiveness and the mending our broken hearts. Some of the issues that I work with are substance abuse, depression, forgiveness, anger, relationship issues, sexual assault, domestic violence, PTSD and career choices. I guess I'm considered a generalist although I'm trained in domestic violence, sexual assault, substance abuse and career counseling. When we look at those areas in our lives, many issues arise such as depression, anxiety, relationships, communication, anger, divorce and others. I believe that God has called me to heal the broken hearts so that we can live again. I believe that there is value in each of you and sometimes we can't see our self worth because of our pain.

Tracy Lewis
My name is Tracy Lewis. I have been practicing for almost twenty years. I have a master's degree in Social Work. I am also a Certified Integrative Health Coach. I enjoy working to help people improve their lives. My favorite treatment approaches are Client Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Clients often know what they need. They just need someone to guide them to. In this approach, you act as an equal partner in the therapy process, while your therapist remains non-directive and not past judgments on your feelings. The therapist help guide clients to grow psychologically, become more self-aware, and change their behavior via self-direction. The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based approaches are designed to help clients deal with anxiety, stress and depression by teaching them how to develop their skills needed to stop negative or unhelpful thoughts and start thinking, feeling and behaving in more positive ways. I look forward to working with you to guide you to become a better you!
