After graduating with a master's degree in counseling, I chose to pursue an MBA degree to gain professional business knowledge. I have extensive experience working with individuals with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health concerns. I also have experience working with families/couples for marriage and family therapy and relationship counseling and in addition, I have also worked with business professionals experiencing work-related stress and concerns. I have worked with teenagers, adults, couples, and families and strive to provide support and guidance to the individuals that I am assisting. I strive to help individuals feel empowered to make choices and decisions that they may be struggling with. Making the decision to contact a therapist can be difficult for some and my goal is to make the process as welcoming as possible. I present myself in a relaxed and informal manner that is collaborative in nature. You likely will find that therapy sessions with me most resemble a warm conversation in a soothing setting.
