I am a licensed counselor with over 25 years experience in providing therapy. My areas of knowledge include grief and trauma therapy, treatment for anxiety and depression, and issues for LGBTQ+ individuals. I believe in the life transforming power of mindfulness and also employ dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic process, and Rogerian theory which focuses on empathy and unconditional positive regard from the therapist to the client.
