My desire is to provide holistic therapy for individuals who would like to receive guidance and support within a non-judgmental client/counselor relationship. As a counselor, I have over 13 years of experience assisting individuals who are needing support due to various problems within the mental health field. My main strength and specialty as a counselor is providing Christ-centered care through faith based counseling and intercessory prayer. Some of my credentials include a Master of Arts in Education (clinical counseling) from an accredited graduate school and I am currently licensed in the state of Ohio to provide counseling independently as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or LPCC. My intention on this platform is not to provide formal clinical diagnostic services or procedures but to provide informal individual listening, perspective, and support for whatever concern or concerns that you may have within this season of your life. One of my goals is to make sure that you feel comfortable within the client/counselor relationship. I believe this can be accomplished by me modeling authenticity and acceptance while actively listening to you and your concerns. Common concerns that are addressed in my counseling sessions include anxiety, depression, low self esteem or self worth, search for meaning and purpose, spiritual/faith issues, stress, men's issues, addiction, loneliness, grief/loss, trauma, relationship problems, and many more. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hello my name is Kristin Rinehart. I am excited to offer counseling through BetterHelp because it gives access to counseling in different ways that traditional counseling does not. Reaching out for help for your health and wellness is so important and can be difficult to do for the first time. Good job for considering putting time into your self. Just a little about me: I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Otterbein College and Master of Social Work degree from The University of Pittsburgh. I have been a licensed independent social worker for 30 years. I am licensed in the state of Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. I am passionate about treating clients of all ages struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management and life transitions. I find helping others achieve peace and happiness to be the most rewarding part of the social work profession. I have worked in settings such as community mental health, crisis residential treatment, crisis intervention, school based counseling and integrated behavioral health in a Federally Qualified Health Center. My therapy style includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Time Line Therapy, Strength and Faith based approaches. I believe the most important aspect of a therapeutic relationship is for my clients to know they have someone on their team encouraging them to move beyond the past, live in the present while working toward reaching goals for the future. I am available for messaging, live chat and phone appointments at this time. I prefer to schedule directly with my clients so they get the appointment day and time that works best for their schedule. Video is provided as requested.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from The Ohio State University and a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. For over 15 years, I have served and supported people of all ages. My areas of focus have been people facing difficult transitions such as becoming a parent, parenting a child with a developmental disability, starting college or a new job, getting diagnosed with a serious and/or chronic medical condition, divorce, or loss of a loved one. I utilize a non-judgmental and relaxed approach to help my clients feel safe and at ease. I also utilize a strengths-based approach as I believe each person has their own strengths and talents that can be used help make the changes they want to see. The client-clinician relationship should be collaborative. While I may have years of experience, you are the expert in your needs and your story. It is my pleasure to introduce myself to you as you explore provider and service options. My name is Annie Bennett and I am a Ohio licensed clinical social worker and supervisor. I received my master’s degree from the University of KY and then completed two years of conjoint marital and family therapy training. Although I have spent time in academia teaching in the social work graduate department at the University of KY, most of my experience over the past thirty plus years has been in the field of addiction, primarily working with women. Of course, this experience encompasses mental/emotional health and partner/family issues. For ten years I worked in an alcohol and other drug long-term residential treatment program where women could bring their children 12 years of age and younger. My therapy style would be a combination of cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and solution focused. I have found it important to meet clients where they are and help them work toward where they want to be. I believe in transformation, which is why I am in this field. I made major life changes myself over thirty years ago with the help of therapy and support from my environment. It is work and it is not easy, but most of the time it is well worth the effort. The important thing to know is that we do not have to be alone with our problems. I am working on a part-time basis but can usually respond within a couple of days to requests. My online schedule is posted. These sessions are 45 minutes, and the frequency of our visits will be determined by the progress you feel you are making in our sessions. I generally check messages everyday Monday through Thursday and respond as quickly as I can. I do appreciate your patience when it takes a bit longer at times, as I may be tending to other clients or professional/personal responsibilities. Please remember that BetterHelp is not appropriate if you are in crisis or in immediate need of support. In crisis situations, please call 911 or local emergency services. You can also call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) to talk to someone right away! Working with others and seeing them make progress gives me great satisfaction. Having spent time on a sailboat I like the following metaphor: “You can’t change the winds, but you can adjust your sails”. I look forward to helping you achieve the quality of life you desire and deserve.
