Dr. Martecia Oates
Hello! I am Dr. Tecii. I am an LPC based in Oklahoma but also licensed in Florida and Colorado. I have experience in helping clients with life transitions, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, building confidence, career difficulties, & depression. I aim to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The primary populations that I work with are college students, young adults and on occasions adolescents. Age populations: 18-40. I believe I am just a helping hand in your journey. The real work is completed outside the session. I do not believe in wasting a client's time. So if I feel that I am not the best option for your presenting concerns, I will assist you in finding another provider. I do not allow for sessions to be scheduled if less than 24 hours in advance. For example, if you would like a session for 12pm CST Thursday, you will have to schedule the appointment before 12 pm CST WEDNESDAY. No exceptions. If clients have more than 2 no shows, they will be unable to schedule another session. Hope to hear from you soon!
