We HEALING!! Welcome to the EXPERIENCE...This is NOT the same Western Philosophy to therapy. We are HEALING the entire Bio-field!!! I promote CHANGE and our journey is an Experience. I combine mindfulness, cognitive therapy, sound frequency, introspective exercises and psycho-education to create powerful change. It is energy....we are all connected through energy. The relationship that you have with your self is projected in every interpersonal relationship, in your life. You will see where you are in relation to self, by your external relationships. I believe in creating what you want to see in your life. We will focus on the physical & mental connection during treatment. Mindfulness has been proven to improve overall health, memory, concentration and focus while lessening emotional reactivity & anger. I utilize metaphysics, meditation & hypnotherapy to promote understanding of your subconscious mind. Together, we identify any core beliefs or past trauma that could be hindering the healing process. I look forward to guiding you through your path of introspection, reflection, clarity and revelation. Our Initial Assessment covers Behavioral health history, challenges, and wellness goals. Coaching will be provided around mindfulness, diet, lifestyle, energy connection, and more. Healing will be promoted through the 5 elements of life: ~Water, (Nurturing & Purifying energy) ~Earth, (Grounding) ~Fire, (Body, immune systems, chakra's, lymphatic system) ~Air, (Divine Spirit) As your practitioner I will pull from psychodynamic modalities, shadow work , mindfulness, and so much more. I like to take a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I take the time to get to know and understand each of my clients before diving deeper into the work of therapy. I operate with the belief that everyone is always doing the best they can in the moment they are in. Our work together will help you to develop the skills you need to help you through whatever you're going through. No matter what life has thrown at you, you're stronger than you realize and we will use that strength to help you be the best version of you. I use a behavioral based approach to help people understand how their thoughts and feelings affect their actions. What I love most about providing therapy is having the opportunity to help people discover inner strength that they've always had and maybe didn't know was there. I believe that all people are capable of becoming who they want to be. When you're ready, I'll be there with you, ready to help you reach your limitless potential.
