After reading Bessel Van Der Kolk's book "The Body Keeps The Score," I recognized that the human psyche needs to learn how to release the pain that is stored in the body. I have been taking part in the Eden Energy Medicine program and will share ways to release the pain stored in our body by sharing simple techniques that help to ground and relax the body. I often refer the members I am working with to one of Donna Eden's books that detail many of the techniques that I have been sharing with people.
