I believe that we all seek to live well and already have within us that capacity to thrive. My approach is straightforward, casual and highly focused on helping you achieve your wellness goals. We do this through refining or discovering your strengths to overcome the barriers that get in the way of your most enjoyable life. I always employ scientifically proven methods and am known for using appropriate humor and positive psychology while encouraging resilient self-awareness in clients. I prioritize the individuality of my clients, so I put my over 20 years of experience to work for you to craft a plan together that is truly unique. I am certified in multiple treatment models for stress, anxiety, depression and trauma and have extensive experience tailoring therapy methods to help adults and families overcome diverse issues. I am a longstanding member of the American Counseling Association (and sub-groups of Wellness, Creativity in Counseling and Neurocounseling) and the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Joseph Wall
My name is Joseph Wall I am a LPC and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I obtained my Bachelors in Professional Counseling/Biblical Studies at Lancaster Bible College and my Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling at Liberty University. I believe everyone is doing the best they can, and life at times gets in the way of our best lives causing struggles that are not avoidable and need to be worked through. I believe that how we attach to our safe people and safe places from childhood affects how we are able to cope and regulate our emotional state in life throughout our lifespan. When people of any age feel as if they have a lack of stability and security in their lives, the ability to optimally function is inhibited, and people therefore cannot regulate themselves, and often benefit from working with professionals to re-regulate. I strive to help adolescents, couples, and families find safe people and places in their lives to build a secure base of trust, safety, and hope in healthy relationships with others. My experience is in Marriage and Family Counseling, Individual Outpatient Counseling, School Based Outpatient Counseling, Community Based Counseling, Therapeutic Day Treatment in schools (Elementary through High School) , and in Medically Assisted Treatment for Opioid Addiction.

Phyllis Hartman
I have worked with people of all ages since 1981. I went to graduate school, earned an MSW in 1999, and have an advanced clinical license in PA (LCSW). I view therapy as intensive individual teaching to resolve issues that get in the way of moving toward the best person an individual can be. My faith, surrounding myself with family and friends and finding joy in helping others are things that sustain me which keep me in a positive frame of mind.
