Clarence "Rick" Haynes
Hello and welcome! I'm glad you made the decision to seek help. You did the right thing. My name is Rick Haynes. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience helping people solve life's problems. I am certain that with time and working together, I can help you as well. Life can be challenging and overwhelming at times making us feel depressed and anxious. Frequently, our mind seems to have a mind of its own, dwelling on worry and indecision. At those times, we suffer emotionally and aren't at our best either at home or work. Our self-esteem takes a hit, and we feel defeated. By reaching out for help, you have taken the first step toward feeling better. I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship forms the basis for someone to share thoughts and emotions and change her or his life for the better. Our sessions will provide you a safe place to explore your emotions and solve problems. Our starting point will be where you are now, work at pace you find comfortable, and discover ways for you to take charge and begin to feel better. You may feel stuck today, but with effort you will get unstuck. I find a combination of interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness exercises, and supportive psychotherapy to be most helpful to clients. In concert, this skill set helps a person change how they think, which changes how they feel and behave. We will set goals and solve problems in this practical hands-on manner. When you are ready, I may ask you to keep a journal of your thoughts. Awareness of your thinking patterns will be essential. If my experience and approach is what you are searching for, I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Andrea Watson
Hello, let me introduce myself. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2018, and I have licenses in Tennessee and California. My therapy style would be described as warm, with acceptance and understanding. Treating all clients with the respect, compassion, empathy, and positive regard. Incorporating a clients life experiences, personal beliefs and values, and their perspective into treatment and assisting in building insight and skills to handle any concern or opportunity. My theoretical orientation would be described as eclectic (leaning on Cognitive behavioral therapy, but also incorporating solution focused therapy, psychodynamic, narrative, existential, structural family therapy, to name a few.) because I believe that there are benefits from having the ability to offer different techniques that work for my client’s needs. I have worked with clients with a wide range of individual concerns and opportunities. Which I feel make me uniquely suited to help with depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, addictions, relationship and parenting concerns, life, and career transitions. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse move forward in their lives by reshaping certain patterns of interaction into healthier ones. I look forward to working with you!

Amy Flores
Hello, my name is Amy Flores and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, currently licensed in Tennessee. For the last 5 years, I have been helping children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic position, but I have 10 years of experience working with behavior and social/emotional challenges. I do utilize a strengths-based, client-centered, or a solution-focused approach, but I incorporate other interventions, to facilitate desired goals and provide opportunities for healing and/or support (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, music therapy, etc.). I have experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, ADHD, behavioral and Couples/family challenges. I appreciate this step you are making and I take this search for support very seriously. I believe we all have unique strengths, but sometimes life challenges our belief in ourselves and we doubt our capabilities. I am here to help you recognize those strengths again and help you get to the path you have been wanting. You have already done the first step and I would be honored to help with the next steps. If given the opportunity, I feel we can build a trusting rapport, which would provide you with an environment and a new hope that can help you accomplish your therapeutic goals. I look forward to working with you.
