I rely heavily on interventions based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I am comfortable counseling from a Christian perspective when requested however it is not my standard approach. Most people describe me as calm, relaxed, approachable, and when appropriate, good for a laugh:) It’s important that my clients know that I will be respectful of their lives and experiences and have a strict “no judging” policy.
