Crystal Dungan
Hello there, my name is Crystal Dungan, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold a masters in Community Counseling from Webster University. I got my start in counseling working at a psychiatric hospital working with a large variety in population varying from adults, military, veterans, senior behavioral, rehabilitation services, and children and adolescents. Currently I have the privilege of working with the military and their families focusing on short term solution based counseling; working with individuals or focusing on couples counseling. My approach to counseling is some what laid back, I like my client to feel relaxed and at ease, to feel as if they are having a conversation with a friend. I still maintain professional boundaries, but try to remove any anxiety that comes with receiving any new services. My style is very flexible and I will do my best to tailor my approach to best suit your needs. This is my life's passion and I look forward to sharing that experience with you.

Myisha Long
Hello, thank you for visiting! I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 19 years of experience. I enjoy helping individuals get back to enjoying life and accomplish their goals. I have worked with individuals with varying backgrounds and a myriad of diagnoses. It is my passion to help individuals regain their freedom, accomplish their goals and live a value filled life. I like to focus on the individual within their environment and the family system, as I know this often impacts the treatment process and outcome. I am sensitive to cultural differences and how this can also affect an individual in treatment. I look forward to working with you! Regards, Ms. Long

Hello and welcome to my private practice. I am a warm and caring therapist who believes that you do not have to manage your painful emotions or distressing relationships all on your own. I have been a licensed professional counselor for over 30 years, and I offer a safe, nonjudgmental relationship where you can give your mental health more care, concern, and attention. I offer insight, perspective, and gentle redirection to reduce your emotional struggles and improve the quality of your life and relationships. When what you usually do to manage your life is not working, we will create new strategies to address how significant relationship and work stress, exhausting anxiety, and overwhelming depression rob you of clarity, problem solving, and hope. Therapy can be the right place to start. I look forward to meeting you. Brae

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, AD/HD, coping with addictions, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. My Counseling style is more laid back, supportive, and with humor. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I want to make sure to clarify that I check messages here daily during the week and will respond to you whenever I can, at least twice a day. You can also schedule a live session (text chat, phone call, video session) with me using the Scheduler. The days/times you see are when I am available for a session, so feel free to select any slot there that works for you. I like to enjoy life and take time to recharge a few days each week, which I encourage you to do as well, so I do not schedule sessions at those times/days. I will do my best to respond as soon as I am able. I look forward to working with each of you.
