Hello. I am a clinical mental health counselor who is licensed in multiple states and have 6 years of experience as a counselor. I use an eclectic approach to counseling as I believe each and every person is unique and requires their own style of counseling and learning. I have worked with individuals ranging from crisis to depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, relationship issues, trauma, and family concerns. I have worked with troubled children and their families. I truly believe that the body, mind, emotions, and spirituality are all interconnected and in order to get the best results possible, you have to examine all areas of a persons life to help balance out their needs. My counseling style is also eclectic in that I can match the approach to the needs of my client. I believe in treating everyone with respect and strive to always do the best I can to help my clients. I see each person as an individual and understand that each person has their own perspectives and understandings of their environment, allowing me to individualize each meeting we have together. It would be my pleasure to have the opportunity to help you in anyway I can to help you through your life journey.

Rick Clements
Hello, I'm Rick. I believe life is about our ability to make healthy connections with others and to be our honest, true self while doing it. Life is complicated. I believe we all have challenges and that there is no shame in getting a little help when things seem out of control or beyond our ability to handle. While there are so many things like childhood experiences, trauma, complex relationships and even some of our own choices that got us to where we are today, I believe we have to recognize and accept where we are right now and then find positive healthy ways to move forward. Life can be better. Your life can be better. My focus is on really getting to know you and helping you identify what challenges are the most concerning to you and then exploring solutions and providing you tools to overcome those challenges. I will also provide you support along your path as you use those tools. We will check in all along the way to see how progress is going and if changes need to be made in our direction. I have worked with a wide variety of people over the past 25 years and I see every new client as a new and unique person that I get the privilege of getting to know and hopefully help as we travel together on this journey.

Dr. Gay Lee
I have a flair for helping people effect positive change in their lives. My offices are comfortable safe spaces to talk about difficult things and make tough decisions. The road to emotional wellness can be painful and challenging, so I try very hard to be encouraging and supportive while change is occurring. Hurt, pain and anger do not define who we are; it opens our emotional pathways to inform us of the need and time for change. Depression is usually an indication of the depth of personal disruption, so when it’s appropriate, I offer advice to validate feelings, encourage healing and to dismantle irrational thinking.
