I work with you to identify how you want your life to look and feel like and then to address any blocks you might have to having the life you desire. I want to help you achieve your desired therapy goals as quickly as possible while giving you as much time as you need. I teach mindfulness skills to clients and skills to help them learn how to take control of their emotions so that their emotions are no longer controlling them. I use dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, EMDR therapy, energy psychology methods and other types of therapy that might be helpful depending on your preferences and problems. I am also a certified life coach. I got my start working in residential treatment with counseling and providing case management for people who have severe and persistent mental illness. From there, I moved to an outpatient community mental health agency, where I worked for five years as a therapist specializing in helping people who have co-occurring disorders (one or more mental health disorders and a substance use disorder and/or addiction). While working in community mental health, I started my private practice and did both until September 2016, when I went full time in private practice. My coaching practice is online and I facilitate a personal growth and development group. I have a bachelor's degree in social science, a master's degree in counseling psychology, seven years (ABD) in a doctoral program for counseling psychology, and I transferred to a PhD program in psychology specializing in consciousness, spirituality, and integrative health.

Angela Harmon
Good day, my name is Angela Harmon and I have been counseling for 13 years. I believe every person has worth, and some time we need support and guidance to find the worth in ourselves. I would like to be part of that journey, exploring who you are, while working through the issues such as anxiety, depression, and past traumas. I use mindfulness cognitive behavioral therapy along with psychophysiology of depression, stress, anxiety, and even trauma and how it effects our body. I look forward to starting this journey with you.

Life can sometimes be difficult and surprising. There are ebbs and flows. The seasons of our life hold challenges, new issues arise, and we are sometimes confused. Perhaps what we seek is a new question. That question might lead to new answers and strategies for navigating through the present challenge. I’m a counselor with over 20 years of experience and specialized trainings. I’ve become familiar with the variety and depth of our human circumstances and encounters. I hold a conviction and personal view that every person’s trials and perceptions are their truth and that they present an opportunity for growth. What is true for you, your reality, is our starting point toward achieving goals. Counseling is a tool that helps us get current with our life. In the partnering of counselor and client, I utilize a holistic focus that validates your experience, finds the wisdom that makes the most sense in your challenge, and gives you a place to be seen and accepted without a need to be other than your true self. With my ease of listening with empathy and intuition, and my ability to guide through the background noise and chaos of life events, your life story and the innate wisdom it holds will unfold so you can develop strategies that are in your highest and best interests.

Anthony Mucci
Hi my name is Anthony Mucci. I am passionate about helping and serving others! I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, chronic pain, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment and utilize EMDR therapy along with CBT/DBT/Existential therapy. I offer Christian faith integrated therapy (for those who would like their faith integrated into therapy) as well. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I am a state Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I have been in the medical field since 2009 serving active duty in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. I specialized as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for over a decade and obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Health Science: Behavior and Occupation Studies from the University of Cincinnati in 2017. I am currently finishing my MA in Christian Apologetics and Dmin. in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care. I am a huge believer in the Wellness Model and take a Holistic approach to counseling which incorporates the Mind, Body, and Spirit. My passion is to help people in any way I can through building an authentic relationship, implementing evidence-based practices, and truly loving people with the love of Christ (Agape Love). “Love never fails” The foundational Biblical worldview of the Christian Counselor is what sets them apart from others. I believe that humans are Imago Dei (Made in the Image of God) and have intrinsic value bestowed upon them by their Creator (Yahweh). I believe that every person can be redeemed through the sacrificial love of Jesus Christ where the collision of mercy, grace, and love at the cross portrays the worth of every single human being...that is, that God would send His only Son into the world to pay the ultimate price to save us from destruction; He did this even though we were still enemies towards Him...and by this act giving us new life and freedom to no longer be slaves to our sin which brings upon us death. Seeing people through this lens gives the ability to see people who are worth infinite value with the hope of becoming who they were created to be in the likeness of Christ.
