Hello, my name is Holly Erskine and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Wisconsin. You have demonstrated a lot of courage by reaching out for help. I am here to offer you a safe space where you can feel heard. I approach psychotherapy using a trauma-informed perspective which means your struggles are understandable based on your life experiences and we can work together to find effective ways to achieve your goals. I have been practicing in the mental health field since 2008 and have expertise in working with clients who struggle with trauma-related symptoms, PTSD, complex trauma, emotion dysregulation, mood disorders, personality disorders, and relationship difficulties. My training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and DBT Prolonged Exposure trauma therapy. I often include other therapeutic approaches to best meet the individualized needs of the clients I work with. Safety is necessary for healing. I am committed to providing empathic and compassionate care so you feel comfortable and free to explore personal change. I will prioritize our therapeutic relationship and work in partnership with you to develop treatment goals that are meaningful to you. During our first session, we will begin to build our relationship and discuss any questions or concerns you may have about therapy. Next, our goal will be to gain a mutual understanding of what you would like to gain from therapy and work together to develop a treatment plan. I find meaning and purpose in helping others impacted by trauma, mental illness, and other mental health issues. My passion is to foster empowerment and healing so clients can achieve lives worth living. I look forward to talking with you!

Welcome! My name is Toni Morgan-Jones and I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Wisconsin. I have over 23 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood instability, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief and loss. I also have experience working with clients and their families that are dealing with persistent mental illness (psychosis and schizophrenia). I have work in private outpatient clinics, county based mental health services, and integrated services programs (CCS/CST/CSP). I have worked in large urban areas (Madison and Milwaukee) as well as small rural Wisconsin communities. In my practice I use different interventions depending on what works best including solution focused, narrative, cognitive behavioral, rational emotive, and humanistic. It has been my experience that many clients have been significantly shaped by events that are either outside of their control or have always felt outside of their control. These events significantly impact how a person views themselves and the world around them. I have worked with many brave individuals that have allowed me to be a part of their exploration of these experiences and the impact they have had on them emotionally and psychologically. It takes strength to face the hurts of the present and past to start the journey of healing. I look forward to working with you on this journey towards health, wellness, and happiness. Areas of Interest: Depression Stress and Anxiety Relationship challenges/co-dependency Trauma Grief and loss Also experienced in: family conflict, parenting issues, anger management, bi-polar disorder, attachment issues, aging issues, blended family issues, guilt and shame Clinical Approaches: Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavioral therapy Years of experience: 23

Hello, I'm glad you're here! My name is Kris, and I'm a Mental Health Counselor, and a Visual Artist. My background: Since 2017, I have been helping adults move forward through their anxiety, grief, codependency, self-esteem issues, and relationship problems. I have provided counseling services through BetterHelp; my Wisconsin-based private practice; Gundersen Health System; and La Crosse County (WI) Mobile Crisis Unit. I’m a mixed-media artist, and my background in Studio Arts gives me unique insight into working with, and connecting with, those who identify as creative; visual thinking; abstract; spiritual; and/or out-of-the-box. Just to clarify, while I have a spiritual perspective, I do not offer Christian Counseling. My approach: My counseling approach is collaborative, empathic, and nonjudgmental. My strengths as a counselor are intuition, empathy, and unconditional positive regard for my clients. I use a solution-focused approach to counseling. What this means is that I work with clients to identify their problems, and work toward “solutions” to these problems. We work together to develop specific, measurable, and attainable therapeutic goals that focus on the here-and-now to create meaningful change. My counseling approach also has a strong focus on mindfulness and whole-person wellness. I am passionate about helping clients mindfully focus on improving their wellness to build resilience and thrive amidst their current challenges. I experience both counseling and art-making as therapeutic, transformative processes that help us contact and express our inner worlds--our thoughts, emotions, and needs. These processes can help us increase self-compassion, develop new perspectives, and better-understand our selves. This clarity can help us develop the confidence and courage to make choices based on our values, so that our lives reflect who we are and what is most important to us. Training: I received my Masters degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Winona State University) and Human Development with concentration in Spirituality and Creativity (Saint Mary’s University of MN). My undergraduate degrees are in Studio Art (University of MN-Duluth) and Visual Communications (Art Institute of Pittsburgh). I engage in ongoing training and clinical consultation to help ensure ethical, quality care. Personal: I’m a mother and an artist. I like flower gardening, swimming, painting, and dancing. I enjoy counseling and art-making as therapeutic, transformative processes.
