Dr. Angela Legner
Dr. Angela Legner, Psy.D., LPC, is an experienced psychotherapist with advanced training in brief, evidence-based treatment approaches. She completed specialty postdoctoral training in Health Psychology (e.g. chronic pain, diabetes, mood disorders, obesity, sleep, stress, smoking cessation) and has two years experience working with individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injury, and Traumatic Brain Injury. She has advanced training and experience in treating anxiety disorders including Generalized Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive, Panic, Phobias, as well as Posttraumatic Stress utilizing primarily Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness with a culturally diverse population of adults.
