Angela Raymond
I have a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health. I have been a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin since 2007. I have worked with clients that have had a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, challenging behaviors, parenting struggles, ADD/ADHD, Spectrum disorders, career challenges and trauma. I utilize play therapy techniques, mindfulness, trauma focused-cognitive behavior therapy, and other modalities based on my client’s needs. All of my approaches are tied together with my flexibility, creativity and sense of humor, which creates a positive therapeutic relationship. I am also very "real" with my clients when I need to be in order to facilitate self discovery/teachable moments/self reflection, etc. Confronting change is difficult, but I will do what I can to support and empower you through your life's journey "Just because the process hurts doesn't mean the results won't be BEAUTIFUL" -unknown-

Thomas Kaufman
Hello! My name is Thomas Kaufman, and I am an LPC working out of Madison, WI. For the past 20 years, I have worked with families, couples, adults, and adolescents. Using cognitive-behavioral theory with narrative techniques, I help empower clients to explore areas within their lives that present challenges and inhibit change, and assist them with finding solutions that will work for them. However, I also believe that the therapeutic relationship is a vital component within any program, which means that I believe that any work needs to be collaborative between myself and my clients. I am certified to deliver trauma-focused treatments as well as providing services to help manage stress and anxiety.

Dr. Rosita "Rose" Fernandez
Hello! I am Dr. Rose. I am a psychologist with 15 years of experience providing therapy services. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at the Cincinnati VA Medical Hospital and obtained my graduate education from Indiana State University. I am dually licensed in Wisconsin and Indiana. While residing in Indiana, I worked in a very rural and low income area. I am currently based in Wisconsin, where I have the opportunity to work with individuals from both the more populated areas, as well as the rural areas. Additionally, I am based along the I94 corridor, so I have an interest in providing treatment to individuals who are victims of sex trafficking. Other populations I have a strong interest in working with are the LGBTQ+ population, specifically transgender individuals. I also work with individuals with depression, Bipolar, anxiety, ADHD, anger, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship problems. In my work with individuals, I find that it can often be helpful to explore the impact that the childhood upbringing and nuclear family has on present problems and relationships. I typically use an eclectic approach in sessions, adopting a variety of techniques. Some techniques I typically use are Psychodynamic, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-centered Therapy. However, I most often use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. My therapeutic approach is first, and foremost, to be real. You can always expect that I will give you honest and direct answers. I am a caring provider and I want you to succeed in being the best person you can be. I will work closely with you as a team to help you accomplish your treatment goals. I do hold the national Psychologist license, which gives you some flexibility in where you have your therapy sessions. However, not every state participates in the national license. If you plan to travel and want to have a therapy session during your travels, please check with me to ensure you will be located in a participating state.

Demitra Hahnfeld
Greetings! My name is Demitra Hahnfeld (I go by Demi). I have a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology and I am an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and CRC (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor) in the state of Wisconsin. I pride myself on being someone who has “been there,” meaning, I have fought to overcome mental health challenges myself. While no two journeys are the same, it can help knowing that the professional you’re seeing isn’t just speaking from a textbook. I have spent the last four years assisting people with varying disabilities to navigate both personal and career-focused challenges. My experience is broad and ranges from anxiety, depression, and trauma, to multicultural considerations and acquired disabilities, to memory, focus, executive functioning, and beyond. My approach is eclectic, meaning I pull from different theoretical orientations and tailor my communication style to your unique needs. I will match my pace to yours. Whether you have concrete goals in mind or you aren’t sure where to start, it is my goal to provide the safe space necessary for you to grow and evolve. Ultimately, I aim for progress over perfection and learning how to grow through what you go through. I look forward to working with you on your mental wellness journey!

Dr. Tamara Kincaid
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Minnesota with over 30 years of experience working with kids, young adults, parents, and families, most of whom have been involved in child welfare service systems. I have experience helping adults and kids who are struggling with issues of safety, meeting basic needs, activities of daily living, parenting, or needing connections to their community. I am also especially adept at helping teens and young people transitioning into adulthood plan for their futures regardless of their previous experiences. I have been a college professor for over ten years and help people of any age who are looking at higher education options or struggling to meet personal, social, and educational requirements in college situations. As a helper, I focus on treating everyone with dignity and worth, and listen nonjudgmentally regardless of the situation. I try hard to really understand the person as well as the context within which their problems exist. I primarily use solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapy methods. Most importantly, interventions are tailored to what is important to the people I am working with. Every session ends with a plan to take a step forward and create long term changes. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in starting your best life!
