Through careful assessment of client concerns, I tailor the therapeutic approach to the specific needs of each individual. My approach to counseling is both direct yet warm and non judgmental with every client. I am gentle in my approach to make sure the client feels heard and validated. I employ a variety of diverse therapeutic approaches. These techniques include Person-Centered, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, MI. My personal philosophy is based on the idea that counseling is most effective with genuine, honest, and open communication. I believe we are all worthy of respect and that is important in the counseling relationship. I hope to dive deeper into what is going on in your life, and get you back on track.
