Lindsay Metli
Hello! I can only imagine if you are reading this right now you have tried several ways to feel better and at this point something has to give. I am here to assist you in creating and working toward goals that will positively impact your overall well-being. I am told by clients that I am down to earth and help them feel at ease. I use a holistic integrative approach with clients, which basically means looking at a person as a whole (mind, body and spirit) and then find ways to meet their unique needs with evidenced based treatment. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been practicing for 11 years. I have a bachelor's of science with a major in psychology and master's of social work from the University of Utah. I am licensed and currently practice in Utah and Wyoming. I have experience providing treatment for individuals, families, and groups in the following settings: community mental health, private practice, and psychiatric hospitals. I worked in child welfare for several years in the past advocating for children and families. I volunteered at the prison in the mental health section teaching women basic life skills and ran therapy groups at a women's halfway house while completing my degrees. I have had the opportunity to work with people of all walks of life. Empowering others is one of my passions in life! My clinical interests and majority of my experience include treating: physical, emotional, and/or sexual trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, addictions, and adjustment to major life changes. The treatment modalities I may use are: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, solution focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, mindfulness, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems theory. I have a blended family with two teenage step-kids and one biological son who is a toddler. My husband is a veteran and I have experience running the ship at home when he is away. I can relate to the stress of taking care of everything and trying to maintain a healthy balance. I look forward to getting to know more about you!

Diana Lingren
Hello, my name is Diana Lingren and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 35 years of clinical experience working with children and families in group, individual, and family therapy. I have focused on the areas of trauma/abuse, depression, PTSD, anxiety, substance abuse, dysfunctional families, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attachment, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Severely Emotionally Disturbed children. Also, I have been a Registered Play Therapist for 24 years and have been trained in EMDR. My therapeutic philosophy begins with the belief that all people strive for healing and wholeness. We each have a place of inner wisdom that can guide us toward the healing we need. My job is to help you learn to listen to your inner wisdom and find that path. We will create a safe place where you can explore the experiences and emotions needed to move you forward. When working with you, I will bring a strengths-based approach that encompasses both the mind and body. I may use Mindfulness, Creative Arts, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and CBT techniques to help you discover your strengths, increase your awareness, and maintain your progress. I will go with you on this journey to find the answers within you. There is a reason you have come here. You are ready!

Life is full of challenges, but being happy shouldn’t be one of them, and feeling like you are alone shouldn’t be another. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with over sixteen years of experience helping people overcome some of life’s biggest challenges. Counseling provides a therapeutic relationship where you can explore issues and work towards personal growth and healing. It presents an opportunity to negotiate obstacles and find healthy coping skills that lead to healthier decisions. It gives you the opportunity to learn new ways of thinking and behaving that helps you find peace and happiness. I use several approaches, including cognitive-behavior therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, acceptance, commitment therapy, and brief therapy techniques. Nancy Preuit
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Wyoming (LPC #432). I graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BA degree and obtained a master's degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. I have over 20 years of experience in private practice in the field of psychotherapy. Because I practice in rural Wyoming, I am a generalist in terms of the types of mental health issues I address and the demographics of my clients. I am also a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider (NBCC) and a Certified Meditation Instructor (AIHCP)> I make it my practice to treat each client with "unconditional positive regard." Each of us has positive qualities and areas in which we can improve. I see mental health therapy as a collaboration between the client and myself. My therapy style has also been tailored to the needs of a wide range of clients. The type of therapy provided is decided upon by mutual agreement between my client and me. Typically, more than one style of therapy is used throughout sessions. Cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, rational emotive therapy, and compassionate psychology therapy are primarily used. Therapy is about understanding one's actions, learning new techniques and skills to develop improved communication and coping skills, and then putting those to use with the support, encouragement, and assistance of your therapist.
