Dr. Jason Reasor
I has been counseling individuals and couples since July 2007 while serving as a pastor and spiritual leader. My desire to help people led to me completing my MA in counseling from Midwestern Baptist Seminary and have been working as a professional counselor since August 2018. I recently completed my doctorate in professional counseling from Mississippi College in August 2021. My approach to counseling is holistic in nature and I believe in counseling the “whole” individual (thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and social considerations). I use an integrative design of various counseling theories that utilizes a broad array of both evidence-based and protocol-driven interventions which has shown positive outcomes for individuals experiencing mental health struggles as well as substance abuse clients. I love working with all my clients and have experience with children, adolescents, adults, as well as veterans dealing with trauma. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you to become the best version of yourself!

Good morning/afternoon/evening! You are a brave individual to have identified a problematic issue/issues in your life, and seek assistance to make changes that will move you toward the person you want to be. My name is Gretta, I am an LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor, and it is an honor to be considered as a potential partner on your journey. I am a single mother of 5 children. I have 4 sons and 1 daughter. My oldest is 17 and my youngest is 7. I was raised in Southeast Idaho and have lived in Wyoming for 14 years. I enjoy camping, hiking, hunting, gardening, canning, crocheting/knitting, reading, writing, and being outside as much as possible. I am a Wyoming and Idaho based Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 5 years experience working with clients dealing with ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety/panic attacks, life changes, relationship challenges, family conflicts, and parenting issues. My style of therapy is warm and personal. I work by getting to know you as a person since you are the expert on your own life. Together, we can jointly come up with goals and solutions that are going to work for you. I will treat you with sensitivity, respect, and warmth by getting to know you as a unique individual. I like to use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I work with you to set goals and homework assignments each week to help you gain awareness and learn different ways to look at life and communication and challenges. We will work through different life experiences and situations and trials you have been through to help you recognize what you have been through, process it, and work on moving forward with the knowledge you have learned from your trials.. Finally, I view the therapeutic alliance as a partnership requiring mutual trust, respect, honesty, communication, and commitment to do the work. Hopefully, what I have shared here will help you select the best fit for a therapist. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
