The amount of progress I have made since working with Theresa is amazing. She is consistent, detail oriented and has an amazing capacity to work through very difficult and complicated subjects. I have been working with her for a while now ,and I can say the progress I've made is very noticeable, I feel stronger, more grounded and I have more consistent good days ; when there are setbacks ,we work together to redirect. I feel like Theresa helps you understand powerful, applicable and relatable ways of thinking so even when you're not in session, you can continue to work through things and make progress. She is direct and very compassionate.
I love to write, and being able to write to my therapist at any time is something I'm very grateful for. Theresa responds in a very timely manner and is responsive. There have been so many times when I've a rough day or night and I write a long piece of writing, I come back a few hours later to a reply from my therapist ; it helps me remember the great work we're doing. Very encouraging and motivating. I feel like working with Theresa is like having someone on my team always rooting for me.
