About me

I have been in the mental health field for 10 years now. I have served many different nationalities of people throughout my career. My goal as a counselor is to create an atmosphere that is judgment-free. The most important thing to me is that my clients understand when you go through adversities you are not alone, and therapy is a call away as we move together for recovery. I seek to enhance the quality of life for my clients by providing evidence-based therapeutic services, education, and support, and by nurturing a healthy emotional connection. The therapeutic style is based on the client's therapeutic needs.

Theresa is responsive and easy to talk to. She readily provides resources and is willing to take time to read journal entries between sessions which helps me to keep myself accountable to the work we’re doing. I really appreciate her dedication to the work and the way she inspires me to dedicate effort to it as well.
